You can add a flaxseed/water mixture to replace 1 egg. Use 1 tblsp flaxseed meal to 3 tblsp water an let it sit a few minutes until it turns "eggy" like and add to your baked goods recipe

I've learned alot since changing to Plant Based and each one of my Favorite Vegan Influencer's videos have helped me change my eating habits for the better and i feel much Healthier and alot Better than before i transitioned to a Plant Based Lifestyle. My favorite vlogs! I love getting new ideas for plant based meals! I'm not a huge fan of the red lentil pasta, but it is a good option. And I want to cook more with the different types of mushrooms. There's a grocery store chain near me called Central Market, and they have about every edible mushroom you can think of.
I saw a recipe for chia pudding where you grind the chia seeds it makes it more like pudding. thanks for sharing your recipes I always try and make them you have so many good ideas.

I also tried a package of plant based steak in a pouch, Korean based of course. I heated it up in the microwave, had it with some rice, it was delicious!
Your what I eat in a week have really inspired me to eat wwwaaayyy more vegan dishes than not. I don’t want to force it on my family but they have been open to it. Next time you do the cornbread try coconut milk in the can to replace the egg for all baking needs. I found applesauce gives it that crumbly texture. Thanks for sharing your journey with us! Peace
I love Tahini, especially in some soups. I eat most of the ingredients you show, but not the mushrooms or onion. Although I'm not a vegan, I had stopped eating meat for some years(due to my digestive system), and I discovered so many meals I could make from my staples as well as some RU-vid-inspired ones. It wasn't even hard to get my family and some friends to like them, especially the baked goods. Thanks for sharing these delicious meals.😋😋😊💖👍🏽
OMGOSH, all those dishes look so delicious. 😋 I too love Trader Joe’s vegetable fried rice. I never thought about adding mushrooms and broccolini(I always use regular broccoli) to the dish, but I will add them both the next time. 😊 Thanks for the tip.
Thank you for your recipes and for those that don't have a fancy whipper for the creamer just put it in a container and shake it. It comes out nice and foamy.
