The problem is that the 10-11k rpm they rev to now sounds like just double of 5000 rpm, which in a normal v6 doesn't sound that great, what makes other 6 cylinders like the R34 skyline, or the GT3 RS is that they rev to 7-9k rpm, and if f1 revved to 14k it would be double of 7k which means it would at least sound half decent and have a bit of a scream factor

The reality is they sound a lot better than this at high rpm, this doesn't show the actual harmonics of it

Are you I using a synth for this? In my mind I think I’d first attempt this using FM. What is the rmp meter ? I have not used FL since back when It was called fruity loops
