OK after years of being on the fence about it. This video officially made me ship them

but lets say that doctor gero was watching when Raditz came and took goku... and possibly destroyed the whole red ribbon army in the process... he escapes death again an then decides to build the androids. using his technology and lust for power, he builds the androids at least as strong as they where in the future of trunks. they are far stronger than freeza. so may it would be that the androids become the saviors of the earth? or the universe itself? or the "rulers of all that is"? (sorry for my bad english)

MasakoX I just thought of something! Even though Pilaf might not open the rice cake seal for King Piccolo but Kami could possibly do so out of desperation. He would try to convince his evil self to fuse once again to try stoping the threats on Earth! Becuase we all know that before they split the unnamed Namekian was stronger than a Super Saiyan!

And in the end, Universe 7 is destroyed.

Dr. Gero might have constructed the Androids/Cell in reaction to Pilaf and the RR's war with him. Cell would obviously be a lot weaker, without the DNA of Goku, Vegeta etc. But the Androids might have been able to actually defeat or at least chase off the Freezer Force (it's probably safe to assume, that none of the Saiyans would have attained any of their transformations). As such, they might be the ones ruling Earth. At least, until Babidi swoops in to wake up his big, pink Majin, who has been placed on Earth well before the divergent timeline begins. Of course, he would have just destroyed everything with no opposition from the Z-Fighters and no fusions around.

But MasakoX, wouldn't Frieza's eventual conquest of earth in that supposed timeline become moot a few 15-20 years down the line? Because remember, Babidi is still out there and sure since Goku's not super powered Babidi's forces might not come directly to earth but Babidi still has Dabura on his side and the Supreme Kai is still chasing Babidi left and right across the cosmos (not to mention Dabura instant-killed Kabito before anyone intervenes so the likelihood of Supreme Kai defeating Babidi on his own are slim). It definitely takes longer but soon enough Babidi would overcome Supreme Kai, Buu would be revived, Dabura eaten, maybe eventually Buu turns on Babidi after being pushed far enough (without Goku there to convince Buu otherwise) and then Buu is COMPLETELY unstoppable because Frieza's not gonna dare fight Buu (according to Resurrection F), Beerus is still asleep, and Mr. Satan isn't a celebrity because Earth is enslaved and Cell never gets created. I know many people would think Frieza destroying Planet Vegeta is the most important event but really Bulma meeting Goku is truly what matters.Hopefully if Xenoverse has a third sequel with your last mission is to make sure Goku and Bulma meet.

What about Master Roshi, Krillin, and Kami. Cause even without goku, krillin would still get trained. And i think he would take on the two armys and win. and when radezt shows up Roshi would have seen how much stronger he his. so he probably would have sent him to corins tower for help. the corin would have told him about kami. Now I don't know how he would have made it there but i think he would have found a way. or maybe roshi would sent him to the next strongest (Crane), then got help from Tien. the 3 of them with the Tri- beam might win

goku never meets bulma, goku stays in the forest, turtle starves to death on his back, bulma gets the ball off roshi, bulma solves the aru village problem and recruits oolong, yamcha and puar chase around oolong but run off when bulma wakes up yamcha never overhears goku telling oolong about the balls so he never follows them, bulma gets roshi to put out fire mountain, rabbit gang come onto bulma so she gets oolong to turn into a monster and scare them off, they call monster carrot who comes and turns bulma into a carrot, oolong gets scared and drives off, monster carrot takes bulma back to her base where he takes all her capsules, the carrot gang are deciding what to do when shu bursts in and steals the dragon balls, bulma escapes in the confusion, lost in and unknown village with no money,capsules or dragon balls she finds a phone and gets dr brief to pick her up, pilaf obtains the balls and wishes to rule the earth, krillin shows up at roshi's house and is told to go find roshi a girl, roshi gives krillin baby gamera because he is unable to fly the nimbus, krillin finds launch but doesnt want to save her because hes to scared, launch is captured and krillin continues his search, krillin comes back at night and tells roshi that he couldnt find anyone, roshi is dissapointed but trains krillin anyway, the 21st wmat/tb is held and it comes down to jackie chun and nam, roshi lets nam win and nam uses the money to save his village, a short amount of time passes, the red ribbon army have declared war on the royal pilaf army and are starting to push pilaf back, pilaf decides to use the dragon balls to get rid of the RRA and the RRA decide to use them to get rid of pilaf, the RRA have all but the 1 star ball which is kept safe in pilafs castle, the RRA decide to use android 8 (who is now under control) to attack pilaf castle, 8 succeeds and obtains the dragon ball with pilaf being presumed dead anyway commander red uses the balls to become giant, at this point commander red basically rules the earth and has no need for the dragon balls, a while passes and the 22nd wmat/tb is held with the finalists being tien and krillin, pilaf survives his encounter with 8 and as revenge releases king piccolo tien wins with krilling coming close and due to goku not being there to forget his stuff the announcer is killed by tambourine instead, roshi stars a plan to kill king piccolo but is killed along with chiaotzu like in the show, tien goes to figth king piccolo and is almosted defeat like in the show except krillin goes with him and instead of goku appearing this time its kami, with there combined might king piccolo is defeated afterwards kami takes krillin and tien to train up on the lookout while the dragon balls are used to ressurect roshi and chiaotzu, the 23rd wmat/tb is held and it comes down to tien and piccolo, piccolo wins but is weakened due to the fight, roshi takes this chance and goes full power killing piccolo, years later raditz and explains to goku that he is his brother and that they need to kill all the humans, goku being dumb is fine with this as his brother is so cool to him he is willing to do whatever raditz says, goku and raditz go round quickly destroying all the towns and cities until they reach penguin village, upon blowing it up they are quickly hunted down by arale who beats them both down and shots them away into space, after leaving the atmosphere raditz uses his scouter to call his pod which he shoves goku into and then squeezes in next to him, raditz and goku escape to frieza planet 79 where they heal/train until vegeta and nappa arrive, the 4 saiyans train for awhile while taking over some planets on the side, after a year or two the 4 saiyans attack friezas main ship as great apes, the elites and ginyu force are taken down by the trio while great ape vegeta fights frieza, vegetas actually putting up a good figth unti he gets overconfident and allows frieza to take on his second form, upon reaching this state frieza kills vegeta and then goes for nappa, raditz realise they're losing and cuts off gokus tail to fit him into and escape pod, raditz is shot by ginyu just as goku flys into space goku ends up on yardrat where he spends years training, after becoming strong enough goku fights frieza up to his final form, when freiza reached his final form he gained the uperhand until he mocks goku about his dead allies and brother, this makes goku swell with rage as he obtains super saiyan and kills frieza, years later majin buu is released and is wreacking havoc, shin and kabuto take goku to the world of the kais where he trains with the z sword before getting his potential unleashed by elder kai, years later again beerus fights goku but he is unable to obtain god ki due to there only being 2 saiyans left (goku and tarble(4 if you count onio and honey)) thats all i can think of for now

I get that you're trying to fit your premise, but wouldn't it have been far more likely that rather than breaking in and stealing the Dragon Ball, she'd just wait and try to buy it? Being an impulsive 16 year old is hardly the same as being a thief, especially when you're literally the richest girl in the world. While nothing probably would have stopped Raditz, it seems like Kami would have stepped in at some point and maybe contacted Roshi, and maybe Dr. Briefs, about collecting the balls to keep them away from Pilaf and Red Ribbon Army. Roshi was still stronger than Goku at the beginning of that arc and possibly with Krillin as a sidekick could have dealt both sides a blow. Heck, they could even have called in Ox King. If I recall correctly, Roshi did know Gohan had adopted Goku and knew he'd been a strong wild baby who calmed down upon hitting his head. They might have gone looking for him, as well for help. He wouldn't be as strong since he wouldn't have had the battles and training, but teaming up with the others, they could have taken down the two other forces.

how would kami play into this? i doubt he'd just stand by after the use of the dragon balls for global domination. and krillin would still find roshi eventually, how would that have continued?

What if while destroying the RR army and Pilof, Raditz found out what the Dragonballs are? Either he'd use the to become immortal or tell Vegeta and they'd over throw Freiza

I thought about this after the video for a bit, and realized: the Android Saga would pretty much never have happened. If Goku became a member of the Frieza Force, then Gero would have probably realized that he'd never get his chance at revenge. He wouldn't have activated 17 and 18, and would have shut down Cell. Considering that in the real timeline, he didn't keep track of Namek, I imagine neither he nor 19 would have been able to defeat Frieza if they tried. Which means that Trunks' future would have been fine as well. When you get to Buu, I imagine Babidi would have needed a lot longer to get the required energy, since the protagonists would never have shown up, but at some point Buu would be revived, and wreak havoc, perhaps crossing paths with Frieza at some point. He would probably kill Goku in the process. The Supreme Kai would also be killed, effectively killing Beerus and rendering Whis useless. Meaning that Zeno would have to interfere, destroying Buu, and a new God of Destruction would be created/chosen. Battle of Gods would never have happened, as the SSG prophecy wouldn't exist, and neither would Beerus. Frieza wouldn't come back, as Buu would have destroyed all of the Frieza Forces. The Universe 6 Arc wouldn't happen, as Beerus was dead, so Champa had no one to argue with. Zamasu might still happen, but he wouldn't have switched bodies with Goku, and Zeno or the Grand Priest would have interfered again at some point if no Gods of Destruction existed. And the Multiverse Tournament would never have happened, with Goku not alive or ever meeting any of the Gods at all. Thoughts?

YES PLS CONTINUE. Ok you know what most likely that would happen. Raditz tells Kakarot that together they will kill all humans, Kakarot refuses and they fight, Raditz knocks him out and decides to take him to Frieza and Vegeta but before that he kills every human on the surface. And uses his scouter to contact Frieza or his generals and tells them Earth is ready for the taking, and he just waits for Frieza forces to come occupy the planet. Kakarot probably escaped Raditz when he woke up but Raditz has a scouter so that failed. So while they waited for Frieza forces they kept fighting ''training'', Raditz kept knocking Kakarot out and whenever he awoke he fought Raditz. This way Kakarot got a bit of Zenkai boosts. Now there are two options, either Vegeta comes to earth or Raditz goes to vegeta with Kakarot, I think to simply, Raditz convinced Vegeta, Nappa to come to earth. Theres tons more you can probably figure out, but I think Kakarot would be either brainwashed by some Frieza device or just killed of by Vegeta. Frieza goes to namek, vegeta and gang try to stop him. Fail. Fast forward and Babbidi tries to ressurect Buu. Buu kills everyone, absorbs Frieza, Ginyu Force, maybe someone else, turns into Something like Frinyu Buu. After absorbing Frieza, Buu no longer takes orders from Babbidi and kill him. Since Buu absorbed Frieza, he wants to dominate the world, he has the knowladge of Frieza tech, so he can use a spaceship. He goes on to conquer the world. Beerus wakes up and kills Buu

Something that was glossed over is HOW Raditz finds Goku. He would just be flying around looking for the strongest power levels on the planet, but since Goku is much weaker in this timeline he would be much harder to find, perhaps giving Pilaf and the red ribbon army enough time to form a temporary alliance, gather the dragon balls and wish themselves strong enough to destroy Raditz

If Goku never meet Bulma, Babidi would control the universe. Dabura would have either killed Freeza at some point because they was looking to release Buu or Babidi would have used his magic to turn Freeza into Majin Freeza and as a result controlling the Freeza forces as well. Babidi likely wouldn't bother to release Buu after getting control of Freeza and his entire army. He would just rule the universe with Debura and Freeza as his left and right-hand men. Beerus would likely be died because the Supreme Kai would likely be killed off at some point on Earth.

I have to disagree on a few points. First, once Pilaf wished for "total world domination," the RR Army means nothing. Pilaf is in power because of a wish, which means people would probably be physically incapable of fighting back. So Pilaf would just demand the dragonballs each year and make more wishes, most likely including immortality. So once Raditz showed up, Pilaf would be the one to beat him, and probably mention the dragonballs when doing so, meaning Vegeta and Nappa would show up later. But Pilaf would beat them, too. And once he learned of Freiza, he might even start making wishes toward becoming another Freiza and eventually actually succeed in ruling the universe.

Hey Masako, love your vids. Well, I believe that slavery wouldn't be the end of the earth. Consider this, when just a little child banishes the whole red ribbon army, Dr. Gero got so vindictive that create a whole bunch of androids to get his revenge, so I believe that being a slave for an alien race wouldn't make him so happy. That being said, I believe that Dr. Gero would still create the androids and, consider that just #19 by himself was stronger than Frieza, wouldn't be necessary to Gero to awake 17 or 18. What I believe would happen is that #20 or #19 would kill Frieza and end ruling over the earth (if not over the universe). That would be the scenario until Babidi arrives to awake Majin Buu from his ball. In that case, Gero would be forced to awake 17, 18 and possibly 16, since Dabura, with a power level similar to Cell according to Goku, would be strong enough to erase him and 19 with no problem. Now, 17 and 18 probably would kill Gero; and, since there is no Bulma, no Vegeta (who would probably have already been killed in the war between the androids and Frieza) and, ergo, no Trunks, there is no time travel and, being this the main and only timeline, 17 and 18 would be evil, like in the Trunk's OVA, but not strong enough to take care of Dabura. If #16, who we don't know exists or no due to mentioned events, appears, he would also get killed by Dabura. Now, the extremely optimist scenario to the earth would be that after Dabura, most likely, killed 19; #17 and #18 kill Gero and Babidi, then Dabura kills them both and, with luck, #16 manage to kill Dabura by self-destruction.

Gonna throw a fun idea into the mix, lets add the garlic jr movie to this since in your what if on the movies it would happen before raditz. Garlic and his lackeys would go mostly unopposed due to their strength and gather the dragon balls from the feuding pilaf and red ribbon and gain his immortality. With no one strong enough to oppose him it would accelerate right into his motives from the garlic saga and he would take over kami's lookout and gain pretty much dominance over the world with the use of the black water mist until raditz shows up which could have several outcomes. 1, Raditz simply falls under the influence of the mist and thats that until someone else decided to check in but thats boring. 2, Raditz beats the piss outta garlic jr but obviously cant kill the immortal nuisance, this is when garlic opens the dead zone and either by sheer luck is able to trap raditz inside but perhaps at the cost of being trapped inside as well to make it happen. 3, Raditz just whoops garlic, finds goku who is now a mindless slave to the mist and then ozarus the planet into a wasteland then leaving back to frieza leaving garlic to live his immortal life alone in an empty planet til whoever buys it and moves in.

Can you do what if Goku didn't die to the heart virus in Future Trunks's timeline (so basically no 3 years of training and 17 & 18 right out of the gate, just Goku is there when they first attack this time).

I'm such a big fan of alternate history. I love these what if scenarios. What if Planet Vegeta had not been blown up? Goku got sent to earth and bumped his head, Bardock instigated Freeza, but instead Freeza only killed him, seeing the Saiyans as of a useful resource. He thought that by killing the leader of the resistance he could quell the saiyans as a whole, and it worked. How do the events of the show change?

Remarkable how a seemingly innocent event can have such far-reaching, global effects. I didn't know all the details, but I saw the rabbit coming. I still remember Goku trapping him on the moon. I still find that cute.

Actually, Masako there is something you forgot from the very beginning. You remember that Pterodactyl that Goku save Bulma from? If she never met Goku she would've just died then and there. Which would mean Oolong would still terrorize Aru village , Yamcha and Puar would still be desert bandits, the Rabbit mob still rob from the town they resided in, Pilaf and co would just continue to wait for someone to collect the Dragon balls, Turtle would be eaten by the bear thief, and fire mountain would still be on fire. Krillin would have found master Roshi and asked him to train him. Roshi would tell him to bring him a woman who wouldn't be launch because he was afraid to stand up to the cops that were going to arrest her. Long story short Krillin would've found another girl and Launch would be in jail. Dr Briefs would grow worried of his daughters disappearance and would go search for her by building his own dragon radar. He would track the nearest dragon balls (Which would probably be the 3 dragon balls Bulma had) and it would lead him to the Pterodactyl's den only to find the mutilated remains of his daughter. Yeah pretty gruesome :p. Out of shock and despair he would obtain her balls and her radar and would confront the beast that ate his daughter and would probably shoot him on spot killing the Pterodactyl. He would then go to Roshi's and would most likely get the dragon ball after Dr Briefs tells him he's finding them to revive his dead daughter. This is the point in time where Dr Briefs would probably go on a bit of a killing spree as he would most likely show no mercy to Oolong when he gets to Aru village. He would get lead to Oolongs whereabouts via Pochawompa's kidnapping and probably be intimidated by Oolong's transformations. He would shoot at Oolong to defend himself, killing Oolong and securing the fourth dragon ball for himself. He would then cross through Diablo desert and get attacked by Yamcha and Puar whom he would defend himself by pumping them full of lead successfully leaving them dead in the desert sand. Fire mountain would come up and he would meet the ox king without attacking each other and Dr Brief would ask about the dragon ball. Long story short Roshi would agree to help Dr Briefs again and would blow up the mountain so he can get the dragon ball. He would bypass the Boss rabbit's town as he would not need supplies(I'm assuming) and even if he did he would have no way to provoke the to attack him. He would get captured by Pilaf and the balls would be used to make Pilaf supreme ruler of Earth. They would most likely no long have any use for Dr Briefs and would either execute him or imprison him. Mrs. Briefs would live alone for the rest of her life since she isn't smart enough to build her own radar to go find them. The 21st world martial arts tournament would roll around and Roshi would most likely beat Krillin or Nam in the Finals and would give water to the latter for his village(whom would just get his wandering lake back anyways so any case he'd still have water). The Red Ribbon Army and Pilaf's army would be at constant war and would fight over the Dragon balls. The RRA Ibwould assume would win consider Pilaf's udder incompetence as a leader let alone with two people and might eventually fall to the RRA. The Baba saga would never happen and the 22nd world martial arts tournament would come and The crane school would attend since Krillin made it into the finals of the last tournament(because Krillin probably had been trained more thoroughly). If the tournament bracket ended up the same, Goku and Yamcha's spot would be replaced probably by King Chappa and another random person. 1st round would definitely go to Tien since any normal fighter would stand no chance to him. 2nd round would be a win for Jackie Chun as the same story would play out during his fight with Man wolf. 3rd round Krilline would beat Chiaotzu, next. 4 round Chappa (Replacing Goku's slot since he never lost to him) would beat Pamput considering he won a previous martial arts tournament once before. Semi finals would result with Tien beating Jackie by forfeit and Krillin mopping the floor with Chappa. Now to take everything in account with the final round, I would say that Krillin would have to survive a certain amount of time until Tien decides that Crane is a dick and is only in it for the fight. Tien wouldn't have any animosity towards Krillin since he never Killedanyone Tien cared about and Krillin would probably be intimidated to fight Tien with no Goku to cheer him on. Even if Krillin was stronger by being trained by Roshi alone, I feel it wouldn't be enough for him to survive long enough since Tien has a huge arsenal of techniques not including Chiaotzu who would interfere with his Psychic powers. Krillin can only fire Kamehamehas that could easily be deflected back by Tien. After beating Krillin, Tien would laugh off the Turtle school and claim they are superior leaving a morally crushe Krillin to cope with what had just happened. The King Piccolo saga would never happen considering that Pilaf would still be fighting th RRA and would not have any need to release him. The 23 MAT would come around as Krillin would be ready to have a rematch with Tien since h would train fiercely to beat him. The tournament that would unfold would probably consist of fighters like Krillin, Tien, Chiaotzu, (Non cyborg) Tao, Chi Chi, King Chappa, and 3 random fighters that win in the perliminaries. The Tournament Finals would be Krillin and Tien since they would be the strongest and would fight. Krillin would put up a much better fight against Tien as he would be better trained and mentally equipped to parry all of Tien various techniques. This time, he would hold his own long enough for Crane to force Chiaotzu to cheat and use his powers on Krillin which Tien would find out and denounce Crane as his master. The fight would drag on and Tien would probably win, but would leave Shen and Tao for Roshi and Krillin along with Chiaotzu. At this point Pilaf's empire would've fallen as the RRA would take over. They would finally gather the dragon balls and Red would use the wish to make himself taller. Black being infuriated by the wish would kill Red and take position as the new leader of the RRA. Radditz would arrive after around 4 years and would search for his brother by searching for the highest power levels. He would go down the ladder as he would kill the strongest on Earth all the way till found Goku. that would mean Kami, Popo, Tien, Krillin, Roshi, Tao, Shen, Korin, King Chappa, Yajirobe, Ox king, and Chi chi as well as a lot of the RRA Generals would die leading to the collapse of the regime. He would eventually find his brother only to realise that he's a useless piece of trash not worth training. He would tell him to kill 100 humans if he wanted to join him. The ignorant Goku, now coing to realization that he has a brother would probably say no considering Grandpa Gohan told him to be nice to people. Radditz would kill Goku out of frustration and commit genocide to the entire human race. Everyone on Earth would die and the planet would be sold to Frieza's empire. Frieza would eventually kill the remaining saiyans since he believed that they were getting "Too rebellious" Eliinating every saiyan minus Tarble. The Namekians would live in peace with only Guru dying and being replace with a new elder to preserve the dragon balls. Buu's cocoon would still be on Earth as Babidi would go to retrieve it. The soldiers tha Frieza would station on Earth would detect an incoming ship and attack them only to be all killed by Babidi's surperior minions. They would retrieve buu and blow up the planet. Frieza would catch wind of this but wouldn't do anything once realizing it was Babidi since was told by his father that he should not cross with majin Buu. None of super would happen because no one in the universe would have the potential to become a ssg meaning Beerus would stay asleep and Zamasu wouldn't try to kill all mortals........Pin me Masako-san~

These what-ifs usually end rather grim, but they are interesting to think about none-the-less. Actually, in one of the 4 original DragonBall movies, we had a sort of what-if scenario, where the Red Ribbon Army appeared ahead of time at Goku's house, just as Bulma had arrived.

I'm actually more curious about if Bulma was able to get her wish before meeting Yamcha. Would Vegeta have suddenly appeared on Earth?

This is less a "What if Goku had never met Bulma?" video and more of a "What if Bulma had never met Goku?" video.

Goku's keen sense of smell is often overlooked. He was able to recognize the stone that was thrown my Roshi by simple sensing the old man's scent on it (wow, that sounds way creepier than intended!). Even if Bulma leaving a fake ball would trick him, he might still catch a whiff of unfamiliar smell in his small house, from which point I don't think it'd make that long for the little saiyan to get suspicious and realize the orb's missing (this isn't Super Goku after all). He might even be able to track Bulma by her scent. Whether or not he'd be able to cath up on her while she's speeding away on some capsule vehicle is a whole other matter though.
