also for the auto vs manual argument (coming from a die-hard manual guy) in favor of the automatic, under acceleration every shift in a manual looses boost whereas in an auto the torque converter holds load on the engine the whole time keeping the turbo lit and allowing you to get away with larger chargers being "streetable"
