As people passionate about coffee, the team at Citrus are sick of going to swanky pants coffee shops with beautiful, dark interiors with grungy coffee shop vibes, exposed brickwork, industrial feel and guys wearing fishermen's beanies and believing they know what they're doing when they dont.
This video shows you what a flat white actually is. It is an industry-standard, 8oz drink. Most 'swanky' places will sell you a 6oz drink which is actually a Cortado. Learn to see the difference. Don't buy into the fancy surroundings tricking you that they're selling you the correct drink.
You can only get flat white in one size unlike a certain high street brand will have you believe, regardless of changing the number of shots.
