That theory does seem to make alot of sense. What other interesting theories do you have about the show? I love this cartoon. I also love the interactions between MK & Red Son. @@Cherllyio I watch a lot of Kung Fu Panda, and one of the tv series is called Paws of Destiny. Po is the Yellow Dragon and his 4 young Panda students are the other colors.
oh my gosh!!! this is incredible. this is exactly what i think too, i think MK is thinking to broadly with him being the hole “harbinger of chaos” when in reality it’s not meant to be bad chaos. but because he’s so imbalanced, he loses control and becomes cold and ruthless in his monkey form. i bet hes gonna lose control and snap in s5…exciting!! but scary…great video!!! 💫‼️✨

This show is pretty awesome tbh.I thought they're gonna rip off some animes out there and make MK a plain & boring powerful MC.Turns out they have the guts to make the main character an actual mystic monkey! Honestly won't be surprised if MK does have this grand destiny ahead,I can't forget when I rewatched "A hero is born" when MK's power moved a planet off its course.My jaw *dropped* ,cause that's how Buddha describes Wukong's ability.Turns out he's something more?? Woah.

Wait. Could the reason that Nüwa's...gem/stone thingy is missing because, The Wood Phase stone is MK. Because when you think about it 1. Not all powerful things in LMK look like they are power yet for example Pigsy gets a hoe/rake thingy and its a regular rake. Nüwa most likely infused the same stone MK was born from with the Wood Phase stone 2. Its most likely the Wood Stone because, Metal = Realism and Nonfiction and Wood In this case is fantasy. Anything MK dones shouldnt be possible. Fire = Destruction, you can make fire from Wood, and if MK represents Wood then it makes sense where his destructive nature comes from. Wood when it becomes fire is *dangerous*. And Earth = Wel, the Earth make sense because if MKs not careful with what he does and doesnt leave Earth better then he founds it then he could destroy it 3. If Nüwa shows her face if were following mythology then it would be because of her creations, especially MK getting hurt
The wood phase could be MK!! (or a mix of all the stones) but lets a look at the wood phase stone alone! 1. As you said:" Not all powerful things in LMK look like they are power", thats true! Like Wukong said with the staff: "The staff is just a big old stick, bud. It takes someone special to wield it". 2. After you mentioned the thing each phase symbolize i went to look at it again, and yea! There is even something called a "Wood Person" which Wikipidia says is a: "expansive, outgoing and socially conscious and courageous but when feeling confined, held back, or misunderstood by others can become easily frustrated and angry". And between all the elements and what kind of person they are, this one matches the best with MK! I love your perspective back to the other elements, earth and fire, because it makes sense! I have even heard some theories that in the "Hero and Warrior" scene, when the planet earth shows up shortly its supposed to symbloize MK, since earth is in the middle of the moon and the sun. Also wood symbolizes: "growth", and our little MK has had A LOT of growth(maybe more than he like with his new monkey form) 3. I agree that if Nüwa shows up, its probaly because she will help MK.
I also noticed that she looks really different from her Lego self too like how we see her with long hair but her Lego self has short hair and in old Chinese age cutting your hair was seen as some sort of criminal and as acts as being disrespectful because the cutting of hair was thought to be damaging to the body (which was gifted by the parents) causing disrespect to them if carried out. Also ancient China hair was considered a symbol of a person's social status personal identity and cultural heritage. Therefore cutting one's hair was seen as a severe punishment as it was a form of humiliation and loss of identity and when we compare this to what Nuwa as done…
Omg- i have to read up on this!!! This- this would honestly also cause some drama with her being related to the jade emeperor(who is ded). But if we meet others of The Jade Emeprors family, like Erlang, then we might get some family drama!
@@Cherllyio actually I’ve done some research and there’s actually two stories one where she’s a daughter of the Jade emperor with her brother and another where she was actually born from the earth goddess Huaxu when she walked in the footsteps of the thunder god Leigong. But either way there’s going to be drama involved and we love it.

I can’t believe you called it. I’m pretty sure you’re right on the mark with your theory, that’s incredible!!! so looking forward to the new season. I was thinking that maybe MK is unbalanced, but even with him being unbalanced, he is still unbelievably strong, and it’s hard for him to control his abilities, and, of course, with all the mental struggles and mental strain that he’s been going through that obviously doesn’t help with his control over his new form and power, but then, with the extra stones that are most likely going to be reformed and targeted to MK (idek if im right whatsoever) it’s just gonna make MK even more powerful and he’s gonna lose control completely, and just go berserk. This is really cool too because most analysis of the Journey to the West paint Wukong as an allegory for the Human Mind and its yearning for freedom, and its truly unstoppable nature since it is what governs all things, ESPECIALLY when in the context of a flowing narrative. Another key aspect of this is how Sun Wukong during the stageplay of the Journey to the West will often walk right off stage and sit with the crowd, addressing them in what is likely the first fourth wall break in all of fiction. If Sun Wukong is the Human Mind and its ability to not only interpret, shape, and control the narrative as they see fit. But is also the very creativity and spark of chaos that creates these stories worthy of being told? I see no reason why Nuwa wouldn't want to make one of her own.
@@Cherllyio Absolutely, I found this amazing channel that does Audio Drama readings of the Journey to the west, complete with translating and explaining the chinese metaphors and terminology used within. I've been taking notes any time I spot features of the Human Mind or condition within Wukongs actions. For example, it's only after he achieves everything that a person needs in life. "Food, Shelter, Kinship and Family" and has no material needs in the world that he suddenly becomes overwhelmingly terrified of death, and seeks out immortality. We see this portrayed pretty faithfully in the flashbacks of LMK and that intrinsic fear of the unknown and suffering is what we see drive MK throughout season 4, it drives him right into confronting himself, to conquering himself, which is a core tennant of cultivating ones spirit to reach immortality. I believe that MK is on a disjointed but similar personal journey to Wukong, and one factor of Wukongs journey we have yet to see in him is his true spiritual cultivation. In a perfect world I would imagine that MK would probably encounter Guan Yin at some point in season 5 for this very reason but I think that the Show avoids and cuts out the Buddhist figures from the legends due to Chinese Censorship laws about the Buddha.

wait i’m actually SO SCARED FOR S5. I don’t think it’s true considering it’s popularity and how much needs to be cleared up, but I saw like three or four comment saying people are scared that it’s gonna be the final season…. Do you think that’s true? And some people are saying they think monkey King might die, (which i don’t totally get bc bros immortal) but they’re saying he might sacrifice himself or sacrifice his immortality, to save MK and his friends. And that he might do it in front of macaque just to show that he does care and stuff. i HOPE NOT, but considering the writers said that it’s going to be marvel level of an emotional roller coaster, I’m literally terrified. I literally would bawl my eyes out if that happened, thoughts?
Or like what if macaque died again to protect everyone, and then MK has to console monkey king, because obviously he’s gonna be upset seeing macaque die twice in a row. I have no idea if this would even happen, but considering season five apparently being Marvel level of an emotional roller coaster, the only way I can see it becoming an emotional roller coaster is if someone major dies…..

It wouldnt make sense, and remember its a kid show, and they have "killed" wukong before, it would feel kinda clishe. Also i dont think season 5 is going to be the last season. My Reason? The Underworld Kings are nowwhere in the sets and there is still so much storywise that needs to be cleared out. So maybe instead the "MCU level of emtional rollercoaster" is gonna come from something more psygological? Like maybe Nüwa's dissapereance from MK's life, there could come a lot of angst from that :)
It's ironic that you literally guessed all the tragic scenes in season 5 lol I mean,Macaque didn't die but Wukong does see his brothers die twice at this point and they were all about to die together in that episode....cause some really annoying guy wants to speed up the apocalypse.
I have a theory that mk dies and becomes a Gaurdain of the stones and sky and he protects the sky from cracking leaving everyone else to protect earth and heaven and in the confirmed season six according to some comets on another video season six could be about trying the Main gang trying get mk back but it's probably not cannon and it's wild as fuck but let me know what you think
13:30 hi! I know this is probably gonna be wrong but I had a little theory on why NÜWA has one of the stones in her uh head band thingy, maybe when MK was first created NÜWA used all 5 (was it 5? I’m to lazy to look back) of the phases stones to make him, but something went wron* resulting in him being broken, so my theory is, what I when he was “broken” one of the gems actually got separated from him? And NÜWA couldn’t put the stone back so she keeps it with her for protection, and maybe that’s why mk is “unbalanced” because one of the stones is missing! But I’m probably wrong but hey! It’s just a theory. . . A MONKIE KID THEORY‼️
This is acutally possible( I love this theory) so maybe she keeps it with her as a sort Lucky charm/reminder of her lost creation/child/ that when she finally finds him she can finish him fully

Is Wukong also her creation actually are the 4 spiritual monkeys made from her...4 and then with mk there would be spiritual monkeys assuming he doesnt fit in any of the categories like them I wonder in the acual story of the journey to the west they mention how one of the monkeys understands the ying yang will they be the one to tell them of the stones and Two of them wukong and another can control the sun and moon and Macaque knows a lot so will this come into play in season 5? What about season six will that be when Mk meets the monkeys or season 5? What will those two do? What does nuiwa have in store for those who seem to be created by her she has to have a plan for them but what?

hmm... yea, i think he in "some way" has the power of the five phases. But its a not a power he can directly use, he only has monkey king powers, but its more mixed into his weird "destiny". Like, we know his "destiny" is weird so i thought that his destiny is to stablize destiny sort of? :) Hope this isnt explained too weirdly-
