What is the best swimming stroke for people with shoulder pain? What is the safest stroke to do?
I shared in my last video that as good as swimming is for most conditions, it may not necessarily be the case for shoulder pain.😯
Because there are different strokes in swimming, I got asked this question a lot.
In this week's video, I am answering that question. Watch this video to know my answer.
What do you think? I would love to know your thoughts.

Thank you @gggeeh! The soreness that you are feeling is expected at this stage. Ice your shoulder to help with that. Progress slowly. I wish you the best.🙏

What’s the best stroke for an inflamed bursa and torn tendon

Good question Rachel. I would say it is the breast stroke. It has less overhead movements which affects the tendon and the bursa. Hope this helps.
