In this Iyengar Yoga Tutorial, I demonstrate the cross-over stance. This angular placement of the legs is especially helpful for yoga students with stiff hips or cranky backs. It's effective in lateral standing poses like Parsva Hasta Padasana, Utthita Trikonasana, Virabhadrasana II, and Utthita Parsvakonasana.

Try it with the standing poses like Utthita Trikonasana, Virabhadrasana II, and Utthita Parsvakonasana.
