The explanation for warming up is one of the better I've heard. As for cooling down, static stretching is a good idea to do while the muscles are warm to increase flexibility/reduce stiffness. However, the idea of "pushing out" lactic acid to prevent Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness is outdated as far as I know. Newer research shows that DOMS is a result of microscopic tears in the muscle fibers caused mostly by the eccentric portion of exercises; soreness is a natural part of the process of hypertrophy (muscle building).
Warming up is often overlooked especially in younger athlete because they can get away with it . But as the athletes ages it becomes crucial . It’s best to get into his healthy habit so it just becomes first instinct .
Looks perfectly alright to me. So what if some people aren't as outgoing as others and may be abit less comfortable in front of a camera. The style of this man is more British. Makes a change from the usual American bellowing ''YO DUDES......WASSSSS UP' at the camera, before speaking solidly for 10 minutes while staring straight at the camera without blinking, and wearing a fixed smile. The delivery doesn't matter - try listening to what the guy is actually saying, rather than criticising him for not being loud enough, American enough, or what he may be wearing. It's all irrelevent at the end of the day. The most important thing is what he's saying.
Who gives an f, if you're more interested in that rather than the actual content that could benefit your life.....good luck in life that's all I'll say
