I need help with something pleeease!! I joined with a VIP account on one of my cell phones but that cell phone microphone is delayed and the quality is poor. So i tried to log in from another device, and im fully logged in as my username but it is denying me the VIP access which i fully paid for! WHY IS THIS APP FORCING ME TO PAY AGAIN FOR VIP ACCESS when i already paid for it?? Is this there way of scamming people that if you want to sing from another device, even if you are already signed up as a VIP MEMBER you have to pay all over again??? This makes ne frustrated and angry. Jusy because i am accessing my account from another device?? If i log in with my username and password, why is the app forcing me to pay for VIP all over again just because it's on another device? Can someone please help me with this becayae im getting so mad that i don't have the VIP PRIVELEGE THST I ALREADY PAID FOR?! I want to sing from my other cell phone but they are asking me to pay all over again even though I AM LOGGED IN on the device im trying to sing on, and the VIP ALREADY PAID. WTF is this all about why SMULE trying to scam people for more money?? I already dont like the app because of this... This is bullshit.

I use auto tune on smule cause my actual voice i can't sing so i use auto tune

There is a online singing competition in my country. I know smule makes people easier to sing but those guys singing and participating using such apps are trash... N the competition is allowing it 😒

Smul is way overpriced. The sound quality go in and out and they promote the same people all the time. Such a scam. They took my money without permission then make you jump through hoops to get it back! Once you sign up they automatically keep taking your money! Beware!
