Hey Matt. I found your channel a couple of months ago, and I just want to thank you since I've grown as a player so much ever since. I started training alone more, improving my mindset, more recovery work and getting more disciplined with my diet. I'm 15 and have been injured for almost the whole season. I recently played my 4th game and got my first goal of the season, I'm a striker. Hey Matt, you should make an injury recovery program based on exercises like these. I've been dealing with tons of injuries and am having a hard time getting back to fitness because alot of programs are heavy impact. A 4 or 6 week program based on low impact strength and conditioning workouts would be awesome.

I have been dealing with constant groin pain for nearly 2 years now… I am nearly back finally but my physio said the chances of something in the groin coming up again are likely due to my biomechanics.
