He was not able to evolve as a rapper neither Daz, Suga free, DJ Quick, Warren G etc. they just kinda got stuck on the G Funk sound and gangsta rap. When crunk came out they couldn't keep up. When G-Unit and flashy rappers came out being a gangster rapper was secondary.

Kurupt is a old school G ... its hard for any artist to maintain relevancy 10-20 yrs past their prime .. a old school rapper from the 90's very rarely find success past the age of 33-37 yrs old as by then the game and styles have changed at least 2 x and most young ppl dont wanna hear a old school artist holla about 40 oz beers or tryin to do a dance that they don't know how to step to .. many ppl listen to the old artists because they want their rap history to stay steady but they wont bump it a lot like they do with current artists
I'm a huge Kurupt fan and I never ever once heard him collab with Eminem. I know they're close but they never made a song together. That I know of. Prove me wrong. I'd be happy to admit that I'm wrong if that's the case. Also Kurupt doesn't have an album titled A Threat To National Security.
