The Hummer was not built "for" Desert Storm Tommy. It was built to replace the Jeep as a multi-purpose utility vehicle. Desert Storm came some time after the first one was delivered.

But it's not an actual hummer, it actually shares nothing with a real hummer. This is just a suburban. And by the way my surburban aired down properly flies in the sand.

whewdoggie1 it was built in the same factory as the h1. Having driven both an h2 and suburban, the suburban feels nothing like the h2.

I’ve learned a lot from this channel especially about trucks and I’ve been watching 4 out of the 5 years .. you guys are awesome and turned me into a truck nut. Mr truck and his trailer towing , towing accessories videos have taught me a lot as well .. Nathan is my favorite out of the bunch .. momentum baby !

Happy 5th Year Anniversary TFL Truck! I honestly have no current suggestions at this time. I'm personally enjoying the adventures you guys are having, though! The overlanding and the off-roading videos are top-notch, as is the camerawork. Additionally, towing tests are always a hit with the Ike Gauntlet. Keep up the great work, guys!

Hey, Nathan. I have an idea I'd love to see you do. Have a TFL-Final Drive series where you take an old vehicle, and torture it until it blows up or falls apart. Example. Take an old truck, keep overloading it in the bed and the trailer and see how much weight it will handle before it breaks. The manufacturers tell us what their limits are, but it would be fun to see what the true limit is by having viewers donate vehicles that they were going to take to the junkyard, anyway. Maybe you guys could use them to make a video, then get the cash from the scrap steel to continue funding more videos.

I enjoy the XJ and D2 videos, I like that you guys review trucks as trucks. There’s no comparing their ride quality to a Cadillac or Audi. No handling comparisons to the M3 or anything like that. Keep up the good work. This is the only review Chanel I subscribe to.

Absolutely guys this one the best shows out there. I do make my decisions on trucks based on what you guys talk about and show us. I love my half ton trucks and your tests help. As you know there's no way I would get the information that I need from the manufacturer on all the capabilities these trucks have without your show. Wow. Happy 5 TFLTruck. Thank you for all the years of information, entertainment, and good times, and may there be indefinite more in the future to come. Also, something's gotta be off if you went 20 miles and the Hummer computer thinks you only burned 2 miles worth of fuel. This is one of my all-time favorite TFL videos now. Up there with Nathan's pick, the small vs. medium vs. large off-road truck, and the first TFL video I ever saw, the Wrangler vs Renegade Snowy Off-Road Mashup. Keep up the good work.

Suggestion: Go for long overland trips with heavy offroading, i dunno if you guys have seen Ronny Dahls videos and Aussie Fourwheelers, if you try and make a mix and match between those two kinds of videos, it would be hella awesome. Dont go all balls to the wall like aussie fourwheelers tho, those dudes are nuts.

Suggestion for TFL Truck: Ultimate OFFROAD midsize truck comparison once the Ranger Raptor is released to the USA. I would love to see the Ford Ranger Raptor, Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro, and Chevy Colorado ZR2 face off (I will admit I'm rooting for the ZR2) and any other truck you can bring to the fight. As for location, I suggest one of these locations in the Colorado area. 1 - Cactus Ridge 2 2 - Rangley 3 - Die Trying 4 - Independence/Patriot 5 - Carnage BV 6 - Calamity Canyon 7 - Billings Canyon 8 - 21 Road 9 - Topless 10 - Holy Cross11 - Blanca Peak*WARNING* Stuff might break.

Love the channel! I just traded by Wrangler after driving only Jeeps for 10+ years. Pros and and cons for sure, but I needed the towing capacity! I regularly tow a boat, 2 CFMoto UTVs and Polaris ATVs... Life is rough ;) I love being able to watch "the lifestyle" on this channel.

Congratulations TFL team. You guys are amazing and I thank you for your first five years. Side note: I had no doubt H2 was going to make it through the challenges. I remember when it was first introduced a spokesperson from Hummer said in public the H2 was 80% of the H1. I have never owned of any those two, but I wonder how true that was.. Fun times. Obviously the trailer was ideal for overnight arrangements. But Andre did it right. That's what overlanding is all about. Taking your daily driver to your outdoor playground, camping in it and then being able to play in it as well. The all in 1 vehicle. (though I would not choose an H2 lol)
