My chat said I could never beat the Legends Arceus Final Boss without taking a hit. I disagreed. #LegendsArceus #Pokemon Follow me on Twitch: / papa_jefe Follow me on Twitter: / itspapajefe Join my Discord: / discord
In all fairness a Grit Rock is actually pretty good if you don't want to grind them out. I don't think many people realize how good the stat bonuses are from level 9 to level 10, but just so you guys are aware, on using a grit dust/gravel/pebble, Arceus's HP increased by about 6-8 every level, taking it to around 396 HP. The grit rock however, added about 29 HP. Using grit rocks on it gave it staggering stat levels It also showed me there's legit no chance of PvP coming to Legends unless A. They don't give a damn about balance B. They just outright ban Arceus or legend plate because "No two of them should exist" or it doesn't wish to cause harm.

It's actually really easy to get Grit Rocks though. Releasing an Alpha will get you a Grit Rock every time.
@ Ahh fair, wasn't aware how things worked when releasing pokemon. (Haven't released any alphas, trying to get a full alphadex) So thanks for the tip actually, gonna go grind that out a bit today
Hey while collecting the wisps in the endgame i came behind the moon view arena. I found and caught cress. The game didn’t give me a plate tho and the mission was still was on the list. I didn’t do this to break the game or anything I just thought I was a rare spawn. Now I’m unable to finish the game… I tried releasing cress and trying to do the mission again but it wouldn’t spawn. Any other troubleshooting steps i can try?
I already took hours to just get a run to beat this battle at all. I was about to give it up entirely or find someone else to do it for me. The mode switches which are only partly predictable (as in most of times once the round started, if I just stand there he will come at me if I go to him he will aim at me, but then there will be this one time he enters another mode for no apparent reason) and long time it takes really make it hard for me. I can't change my way of reacting that quick and throwing at him while also dodging resulted in a weird mess at first. Or I would just try to ZL and just see the other side of the room and not be able to dodge because I dont see shit. Then there are times when a part of the bar is almost done and I get too ambitious and miss a dodge because I want to hit it one more time. For some reason, I did not get past 50% for most of the time, I feel like the battle gets more intense there. Then there is also the purple phase where you will be destroyed with a whole room hit if you dont hit him enough times to destroy those balls around him, took me many attempts to figure that one out as I wasn't able to dodge and throw for the longest time and the phase seems rather rare to me. I did get better at it after all, after around 7 hours I believe it was (in multiple sessions on different days) at least enough to beat it. Taking the lowered bar with me into a new attempt probably 3 times. It's quite something if you only grew up playing 2d games and not having a console during the advanced times. I also tried to make my mother play it, she would play those games with me ever since I was a kid, but that one was actually too hard for her to get it. Just moving around and catching pokes was too hard for her without ever playing anything like this. I can't see her do the guardians at all, or even thundurus. I am not sure what it is, but you do need some sort of skill for that.
Like don't use mons to fight him? I didn't know you could use your mons on him. On all the other noble battles it told me when to throw out a mon, but his didn't. I did it with mystical bags only.
