No contact is the hardest and most challenging thing I've ever done. I love the videos but I'll tell you, it was hard reading the comments from people that had success stories of hearing from the ex. I don't think I would ever hear from mine but I did at 131 days. She contacted me and it's still a long patient journey but I gave her the space and worked on myself and I'm still working on me. For anyone thinking about doing NC, do it. It's seriously the best option for you in terms of possibly getting your ex back and being receptive to you and for you to grow and rediscover your identity. NC gets easier over time and as much as you feel your ex didn't care about you or the relationship, I can tell you they do but you seriously just need to back off and walk away and let whatever happen, happen.

If they ever dump you to date someone else, never ever accept them back. My opinion

Guys, keep persisting. I have a success story to end all stories. I was here (where you are) and soon you will be here (where I am, back together after 5 months no contact)

My situation was a little different. My ex partner and I agreed on a few months no contact before they would reach out again. Hardest few months of my life. She reached out a few days ago and said that seeing each other was a bad idea. I replied with two sentences. I said I was okay with it, and I thanked her. It felt great!!! I know I've made the progress I needed with myself and I doubt she made the effort to find a channel like Craig's ;)

Craig’s is right about the car, every time I see a car that looks like Hers it reminds me of her, I’m sure they feel the same way even better if you drive a unique car.

When my lover unilaterally changed the terms of our relationship; I was really crushed. But thru my personal growth I was able to move past it. If she never reaches out I’m going to be ok. Day 100NC today and still nothing from her. I guess ill just keep moving forward and focusing on me and my happiness. 8 years together, buying our first home and getting engaged. Unfriended and 3.5 weeks into no contact. Left her on “read” after I sent a positive message saying she can reach out if needed since she lives 2.5 hours away. Honestly just move on from your ex. If you're ex doesn't want you then screw them. If someone throws you out do the same to them. Meet new people and go date, you may find someone better, then if your ex comes back you can tell them to fuck off. I think it's a little absurd to obsess over getting an ex back. Maybe it works sometimes but I think moving on is the best option regardless. No Contact forever if they don't call you back to date.

Ive watched enough of these videos to know that Ive overdone the contact. Ive devulged my love for him in a such a way that even though I know he has feelings for me, he won't respond. Its clear that I have some serious attachment to him. Even though I know I need to let it be I can't. Im not afraid he's going to forget about me. I just want him in my life so badly.

can you please make a video on your advice for what to do after several months of no contact and your ex still hasn't reached out? I know people will say to move on... i already did accept that the relationship was over a long time ago but I still think about her every single day, I just cant help it. I've been thinking about her less than before but I still can't go more than a day or some hours without her popping up into my head from time to time. I think it will take several years until I feel indifferent to the whole situation and right now all i can do is keep taking it one day at a time. Thank you guys. I waited 6 weeks no contact. Broke it today with a simple text. "Haven't heard from you in a while, hope you and the family is doing good, and to have a happy sunday." She never responded, and still loves me, and said that when we broke up... I love her, and we was such a good couple. I am good fixed the issue we had, and just focusing on my career, and well being while I wait for her to come back to me.

I waited 6 weeks NC and dropped her a friendly text nothing ambiguous after seeing her in the office at work. She never replied, so I'll never text or contact her again. I'm from a 3 year relationship. We broke up last June due to me being controlling, jealous and anxious and him being avoidant, and hid things from me (which caused my anxiety). It's been a month of semi-NC. I call it semi-NC because we're both going to the same college and we talk sometimes BUT I never initiated contact unless it was urgent. He still thinks he doesn't want me back but he did drop the "I'm not closing the door on you, maybe someday" trap. Also, every summer we go long distance because we don't live in the same city. Classes starts again on August and for sure we won't be having the same schedules unlike how we used to for the last 3 years, but he'll definitely see me on campus. I'm kind of excited to see him live his life without me, because it's time for him to experience what he made me feel. He's also been hinting on his social media that he's not happy, and he often times "lowkey" tell me he misses me and the bento I used to make for him every week. I'm pretty positive that he'll come around but I'm not focusing on it too much since I'm getting used to being single now haha! Anyway, I'm still doing the work on growth and self love. I still have hopes for us but it's not as strong as it was before so I know I'll be fine even if this don't go as I wanted it to go. I messed up and badgered my ex after he told me to move on in and email. Only sent him a subject line email about his behavior as we had a mutual friend pas away and he never acknowledged it. 5 months now... since I’ve seen him and he’s blocked me everywhere since beginning of January... I have my masters and knew what to do but Emotions got the best of me. I knew I should have just left him alone the moment he broke up with me. But we go through that phase of when we feel that we need to keep talking or you’re going to lose someone All together. So this video gave me hope. I behaved cringy while he pushes himself away.. After 3 days he got in a rebound n still wanted to stay friends. I am in no contact since 3 weeks as I told him I need some time for myself.. I don't think my ex loved me even though she said she did. She just broke up with my replacement. She did reach out to me back in November. Tried to meet up with her and she didn't respond. A few days later she asked if I wanted to get together... then she blew me off at the last minute. She kept telling me she missed me but didn't have feelings for me anymore. I saw her out at a bar with her new guy and had a nervous breakdown and got myself in a lot of trouble. She called me 4 times one night after this and I called her the next day and asked her why. She said her phone called me in her purse and she was nasty. I texted her later and told her to delete my number. I saw her post on Facebook, "MF doesn't think I'll lose his number he's got another thing coming." I still love her but I think she has NPD because I contacted her after seeing another rant on her facebook about how I hated her and took her for granted. I messaged her and said that I didn't hate her and I didn't take her for granted. That she had made me happier than I could ever remember being in my life... but that she really hurt me with many things she did and that she never gave me a straight answer to any of my questions over why we broke up. I was really trying my best to be a good boyfriend to her. She got nasty and said I was dragging her into a sick game, that I made my point telling her to lose my number. I showed her a pic of my crashed car and seemed concerned but her concern seemed phony, because she went back to the nastiness right after, saying that she had a bad day and I was laying a guilt trip on her. I didn't respond. After this conversation I watched a RU-vid video called "Discarded by the Narcissist". It was eerie how much I could relate to the video. I still miss her though... I think about her everyday and now she's single again... Part of me wishes she would contact me even though I blocked her. Good evening coach every two weeks my ex of 5 month's will text and it seems that she's always leaving messages about other men that she is being with. I have not reply to the text's cause after about 20 minutes she will then text that was not meant for you. She has done the mistake text 4 times now. What if you don't know what triggered the break up? I only asked for one phone call to explain what was going on and they sounded drunk and stressed out so the conversation was very incoherent and I never got closure. I left them alone after that and I haven't heard anything in about a year.

Hey Craig I broke up with my beloved girlfriend of two years at least a month and half ago. After watching your videos, I understood why she broke with me up. But what is suprising is that we broke up 2 days after she invited me with a wonderful dinner, bought me so e precious gifts, and looked shying all the time we were there together. After two days, we argued on a non-sense topic during which time she tried to heaten the talk untill she appeared to have got angry and asked me to block her accounts in that she won't be back again.
