That’s SOOOOOO much easier said then done. I personally struggle with that “Do not react, give a brief pause.” It’s definitely a flaw of mine that I’ve been working on. But it really is amazing the difference it makes. When you let whatever was said bounce off of you and you take a deep breathe and don’t react. I’ve noticed a lot of my relationships have gotten stronger and are healthy because others start mirroring your behavior compared to you mirroring them. So now those types of situations are pretty much none existent. Well done brother, much respect! 👍🏻

I come from a place of peace. If I'm now disrespected. I just asked him what's going on? I used to get bent out of shape and argue. But that takes my peace away. This youtuber comes from a place of lack fear anger hatred , and self-loathing. His muscles, his money, and self confidence is really llilusion. He managed to build everything on the outside. When he should have been building everything in the inside. I say this with compassion for him and everyone who watched him.
