What is the difference between a surgical vs non surgical extraction? You mentioned several anterior teeth that needed surgical extraction and I thought it was that was odd. Crown broken off at the gum line and you cannot get a forcep on the tooth?
@@dpelst I often find that once you've removed the distal tooth, the mesial ones come out fairly easily. this also great depends on a patient's perio status.
