We've been letting a little too loose with our diet that we decided to check out FACTOR - a company that curates healthy, never frozen, meals made by professional chefs. I have been getting Factor for a few months. I love how easy it makes eating healthy. I have saved so much money by not ordering from Uber Eats and have lost 25 pounds.

@@TheCarlitos213 I usually have one a day. I have just coffee for breakfast, sometimes cereal. Then I take a factor to work for lunch. I either have a Factor for dinner or eat something very light. 2 days a week I eat very little, just coffee and then a Factor for dinner. I get home late those days so I just go to bed.

I did factor last year for a while, I'm back now, i hate cooking and end up door dashing fast food too many times. I like that this is quick, healthy and the meals are tasty. It's also really not meals your going to get at a restaurant.

Lol at Mark putting on an Apron. I’ve been using them for a couple months now. I usually skip every other week. I get to be “healthy” in that we are less likely to order Wingstop (lol) when we’re too lazy to cook. Definitely not getting it because I crave it though lol. I replaced Hello Fresh with it because I wasted so many being lazy lol.

I am glad you tried the salmon. I just ordered my first factor meals and they come tomorrow. I ordered everything except the Salmon ones. I can get fresh salmon where I live and hate frozen, fishy salmon. It was interesting to watch your reaction to the microwave salmon. I think you were very surprised it tasted ok. That makes me want to try one next order. You have the best factor review I have seen. Thanks.

Feel free to ask more in depth questions if you have any! We did have a promo coupon that made it cheaper starting out. If I think about $80 providing 3 meals for 2 people, it doesn't sound bad compared to eating out, just other "factors" to consider like the monotony of eating these.

@@ItsJamesandMark I initially considered it because of 50% off promo code I saw on one of the podcasts I watch on YT 😂🤣 It definitely isn’t bad considering how much money we spend on eating out or buying dinner. I like the convenience and portion control with the meals, but also want to be able to balance it out with easy meal prepping I could do to compliment it as well. Have you both tried any other meals besides the ones in this video? I feel like adding a salad or more veggies to all the meals 😂

I would have chosen blackened salmon also, mainly because the mango is probably not ripe yet. We have a dish this week from good food that includes fresh mango and plantain and the mango is finally (after four days) starting to ripen.

As a parent I would always provide extra. Can you make a penutbutter and jelly, some eggs, or a grilled cheese? How about some hummus and chips, or add a side salad? I’m sure these wouldn’t be filling for a growing person who needs the calories more, however, stand alone you’ll be getting just what you need. It sounds like you just need to be flexible with eating other things after and respecting that your parents want to keep to a specific budget for groceries.

Sure, we've had to continuously skip deliveries via emails and they let you do it two weeks out, one time we forgot in the last month and ended up with delivery but serendipitously we needed it that week. I would like to find a way to cancel so we don't have to do this anymore.

@@ItsJamesandMark I can't remember the phone number but when I asked Google home mini at my house straightforward how to cancel it it said you have to call a phone number and they mentioned a website so there's probably an actual phone number you have to call on the website to cancel it.
