Great interview! If you can respond I would love to know if you believe black men should hold their peers accountable for the content in there group chats? As a married woman of 15 years I noticed that my husbands peers send raunchy(soft porn) content in their group texts. My husband doesn’t share that type of content with them but he’s silent when they do. His answer is that he can only manage his actions. I honestly need an outside perspective because as a wife it feels disrespectful. Especially since his peers are married as well with daughters. keep in mind that these men are educated,professional high income earners.I think there is a way to hold each other accountable without making them feel judged. I don’t think any of them would like it if us wives were sharing shirtless pics of Michael B. Jordan. Thank you!❤

When Tysean said that crying feels like something is being pulled out of him, that's exactly what is happening. The dense energy of emotional pain is leaving your body. Unfortunately, as it's leaving your body, it feels horrible. That's why people avoid crying or feeling sad. The purpose of crying is to release that dense energy.

LOVED THIS! I am here as a woman listening bc it's alway's good to understand men better. I loved the topics that were shared bc many of them are so nuanced and carry so much of the unseen behaviors and this relation to a man that goes deeper than the conscious aspect of self as a man. A person/man above else is a spirit and a soul and there's shadows in that that have that foundation that play's a role in the relation to himself and any and every other relationship. it makes me very happy to see how ya'll stepped into that space with the cameras with a level of vulnerability that is strong, courageous and beautiful. Thank you!

Thank you family. And yes, diet is vital, still, unfortunately, it's a big mixture of things that's growing increasingly difficult to track. I've seen considerable research around how even when the Nitric Oxide is maximized, due to the neurological issues, there is no stimulus getting through. Still, so often, the diet is so poor that even if the mind is healed, the body still underperforms. Great wisdom.
@Regina.Clarke
@Regina.Clarke Год назад
Men please listen…we all need community and a healthy one. I will add let’s be mindful you can’t choose your family, but you can choose friends and how you improve how you interact with what might be a toxic family. Sometimes healing yourself is contagious. Don’t throw away a good woman because of her family, is she a growing woman? Is she managing the relationship with them in a healthy many? Does she establish healthy boundaries? Is she receptive? Etc? Don’t let one bad past experience allow you to judge your current experience. It was sad to have an awesome relationship with a man who didn’t let go of his past hurt. As we grew closer, he started showing he truly hadn’t let go of the past and pushed me away. No one will be perfect, but are they self reflective and willing to grow in the relationship? Are you seeing the relationship for what it is or skewed vision based on hurt. This is a problem for both sexes, but men seek counseling less and hold onto the baggage. Don’t lose the one fearing you can’t live up to the expectations you’re imposing on yourself that she isn’t pressuring you on. Best wishes to the brothers out there. Lean on someone when going through things. Therapist are a safe place. Some sites allow you to pick a specific type. It’s ok not to be perfect; no one is.

Great podcast! The guest had several valid points, but I personally didn’t agree with how he kept saying “as a man”. This is a blanket statement that says that all men are a certain way. I think that what many if not most women don't understand is that women have to lead. So many women argue that a woman is not supposed to provide, protect nor lead, that's a man job. And that's what I think got men so uptight. They actually believe that stuff women says and can't live up to it, bcuz it's not true. It's just little girl emotions women haven't outgrown yet. Naturally, a child will look to be covered and taken care of. But in adults this is farce. And when childish women gets with a man, they do things automatically to build him up and bring herself down. Which is proving, protecting, and leading. But doing it backwards. And he's only gonna become churlish, selfish and hostile over. Bcuz that's what becomes his dominance and leadership. A caustic tongue and quick temper. He's not doing anything but building up fear in her and making her feel bad. Bad men learn how to grab up a woman's false needs for their own use. So while she's calling on patriarchy to provide, lead, protect, and rule, she will be actually giving certain guys money, paying their bills, and even financing their dates with other women. If I could give just one piece of advice to decent men with a good heart and means well, it would be to stop listening to women calling on patriarchy. Those are nothing but little girls in women's bodies, and noble men are not gonna find nothing there but a nightmare. Dusties are the ones suitable for the patriarchal ladies. Bcuz the dusties are unscrupulous and will teach them the hard lessons that they need to learn. Bums or employed moochers controlling those women with a hot temper.

Maybe that’s why a lot of guys are considered simps nowadays… The lack of fathers in the home is making men more protective of and acquiescing to women…

He opened up lying. Not from the stories i heard from men. They pick the nastiest and most disrespectful woman most of the time

This is false, Those women act nasty and disrespectful to a guy who aint thuggish enough for her. Men Look for two things first 1. A woman that has the best looking body he can get 2. He stays if her SEX is the the top three best SEX he has ever had But men dont pick the nastiest and most disresepctful women, The nice guy heart is too big and he is too loving an thinks he can make her change REAL Playas have too many options in rotation to waste time on the first woman who gives him the time of day. Men dont like to start over and get tired of meeting new women. So a good man will settle for the first woman he can get. im different, i will leave you for your 18 daughter if she treats me better than you do.
