As a 4w5, I actually binge shows I already know that have a romance in them and then I rewatch it over and over to analyze the storyline of when each person first fell in love with the other person and how this all led up to their relationship. Then I daydream about what it would be like to fall in love like they did 😂

As a 9, I’m surprised there weren’t more fantasy type shows in the list. I will happily binge watch shows and not think twice. In fact, my favorite day would be able to sleep in, wear comfy clothes, and watch my favorite shows all day with no interruptions.

9 here - I was watching this thinking "there's no way my favorite show is going to be on the list," and yet.... All Creatures Great and Small was at the top of your list for 9s. LOL. Like the biggest conflict in the show is when one of the farm animals goes into labor. It's great for those of us who love calm but want to be entertained with good acting and beautiful cinematography. Oh, and I second Ted Lasso and Schitt's Creek-- both uplifting and funny.

Hi, I'm a 1, and I've now seen Gilmore girls at least 9x through (and yes it kills me that I don't know the exact number of times). (And yes, Michelle, please give it another try. You will love Paris.) I *cannot* sit still, so I cross-stitch or paint while I binge watch.

I'm surprised 4's showed up. I''m a 4 and saw the post on IG and looked at that box and did not have anything to say. I watch 1 hour before i fall asleep and just pick random series to watch. Not a lot of good tv these days. I like British and Australian shows. 9's dont surprise me. Mom and daughter are 9's and watch a lot of tv!!!

As a 4w5 my list would be Search Party, White Lotus, Servant, Flight Attendant, Dopesick, WandaVision (and agree whole heartedly with Ted Lasso and Only Murders in the Building!) I'm not ashamed to say I love bingeing TV as a 4. (Maybe that actually makes me MORE unique? Right?!?!?!)

This is so accurate. I’m a 4w5 and I watch Father Brown, Psych and Jeopardy. My 12yr old son is suspected to be a 6W5 and he and I watch Psych together. He also watches the same shows over and over and over.. My daughter is an 8 and is obsessed with Loki and my husband is a 1 and loves Only Murders in the Building. I do have to say it took me awhile to watch WandaVision because of the popularity and now it is a favorite of mine. I adore the Scarlet Witch’s character

I give Emily in Paris +1 vote. The outfits were okay but I liked how her character evolved more. I'm 3w4 and feel like Queen's Gambit is good fit, she's a prodigy so we like that, but a sad backstory and struggles (makes the 4 wing happy too).

As a 4w3, favourite show is Hannibal (gotta love the aesthetic and pretentious conversations) 😂 Favourite shows to *binge* though are feel-good British competition shows (eg The Great Pottery Throwdown, Portrait of The Year, ect), Taskmaster (it's free on RU-vid!), Queer Eye, Drag Race and any decent interior decorating shows (which is hard to find tbh...😅).

As a 9(w1) I’m kinda watching like 300 shows atm. I always start a show years after it’s ended so I can binge it, but also because I don’t like to do something if I feel pressured so while it’s expected to watch something I don’t want to do it. Some kind of demand aversion? I also don’t want to risk something I get attached to being cancelled.. I’d like to know something like that up front. Anyway I watch shows until like the last episode and then I abandon them because I don’t want them to end and get anxious. I always plan to finish them later, but by that point I’ve forgotten enough that I feel I must rewatch it, but rewatching the whole thing feels daunting so it never happens.

I'm a 6 and I avoid all the shows you mentioned. I am anxious enough. Why would I watch more things that would make anxious? I like watching shows like hoarders or intervention, though. How the brain works fascinates me. Maybe that is my 5 wing? I also like all the marvel shows, too. But I never binge anything. I do like rewatching shows, though. Especially if I am reading or doing something else since I cannot commit to it.

Ok so I'm a 6w7 and watch A LOT of shows. Some of my all time faves are the office, call the midwife, Gilmore girls, psych, the Queen's Gambit, the marvelous Mrs maisel, the good place, new girl, Workin moms, schitts Creek, Brooklyn 99, Anne with an E, and the list goes on...I like to multitask so I watch a lot while I get things done

As a four, I loved this! I feel fours would love binge watching things as a way of escapism out of the mundane. I watch a lot of tv and movies, sadly. Currently loving - Féria (a Spanish thriller on Netflix. It’s intriguing and weird.) The Girl in the Window across from the Woman “or something like that” (another thriller) I am a 4 who enjoys Emily in Paris for the dreamy vibes and fashion. I also enjoy Gilmore Girls for the connection between characters. Most people around me can’t get into Gilmore Girls because there isn’t constant action… it’s more drama and connection. I have a lot more favorites but this comment is long enough.

As a type 1w9, I wanted to give you a little insight into why I think there were some 1s who don't watch TV and lots who do. 1) 1s with a strong 9 wing... well we love ourselves some screen time relaxation just like our 9 buddies. 2) 1s have a strong inner critic telling us what we should and shouldn't be doing all the time. So when we can mute that bad boy and turn up a numbing show, it feels good... at least until we turn off the TV.... 3) For 1s with more self control (yay) or stronger perfectionism (oh no) they might not watch any TV at all in order to spend time doing more "important things". 4) also... no person is the same. And no person perfectly fits into a personality type box. So... let us be free little butterflies 🦋 (like those 4's).

I am a 1 and my teen is a 9. We have really gotten into binging detective shows on Netflix: Valhalla Murders, Deadwind, Bordertown, Black Spot, Grimm, Criminal, and Money Heist. We also loved Squid Game. It's the chance to guess the ending that sucks us in. My 9 teen is usually spot on.

I know some 3’s that can’t get enough of the Marvel universe and it doubles as valuable time spent with friends and family. I’m a 1 and watch anything that gives me information or is some form of ASMR. Otherwise, with two kids, I’m just listening to audiobooks all day. If it’s a super artsy film, I love that too. But it can’t be lazy - it has to be new and interesting. Culture clash stories are my favorite genre overall, if it’s not a how-to video.

Okay, I'm a 9w8 and I don't binge shows,but I do like to watch an episode a couple days a week. And the list for the 9s was definitely much more my style than any of the other lists. If I'm watching an episode of something I want relaxing, non-stressful, beautiful scenery, good accents, etc.

My most recent binges were during law school exams a couple months ago 🙃 I binged all the seasons of Money Heist and Sex Education 😍 A few months before that I binged all of Fleabag and Crashing. Low level depressed or anxious periods were for Schitts Creek, Downton Abbey, and Sherlock. Things are much better now so I'm currently enjoying Ted Lasso but very, very slowly. Most of my binging lately is self-development and psychology audiobooks or podcasts keyed to my issues to understand myself better 🙈

I’m a 9 and I confess that binging on books and tv is my absolute weakness. So much that I have to stay. Away. Away. Away. I have a pact with my husband that we can only watch 1 show a week together. I need someone to reign me in 😂

GBBO is the ultimate 9 show for me. Schitt's Creek, Parks and Rec, and This is Us are also some of my favorites.

5 - I love anything that challenges my mind… so most shows that involve: 1) solving a mystery (in an episode or a season, some all time favs: Remington Steele, Miss Fishers Murder Mysteries, Chuck, Bones, Castle, and Only Murders in the Building) 2) anything with intense world building. In last year: Witcher, WandaVision (anything MCU), Mandalorian (most Star Wars)… and Gilmore Girls, which you probably think “weird inclusion” but that show is a total Fantasy, Stars Hallow is another world (but only season 1-4ish bc then they throw logic out the window)

I am a 4 and I am very passionate about my favorite TV shows lol. By the way, nines, y'all have great taste in shows:) I love Gilmore Girls, Anne With an E and This is Us and Community is on my watch list. Malcolm in the Middle is also another favorite of mine.

9w1 .... i haven't turned on my TV in years. But i do watch RU-vid everyday. Tutorials, fitness, mbti & psychology, and true crime. Back in the day... I use to binge comedies..The Office & I love lucy. Or shows like GOT, Dexter, breaking bad.
