To make aamras you require 👇
* Ripened mangoes - 2 med.or around 400g
* Sugar - 2-3 tbsp or as per sweetness level
* Cardamom powder - 1/2 small tsp or 4 cardamom pods finely crushed
Note:
*you can also add dry ginger powder for flavour/dry fruits to garnish
*If required add milk/water to adjust consistency.
To make puri ingredients 👇
* Whole Wheat flour - 250g
* salt to taste
* cooking oil - 1.5 tsp
* required cooking oil to fry puris
