Suing the police is suing the people. When we all realise this we won't having these morons in uniform anymore. It cost the tax payers billions every year
That's an egregious use of force, more than shouod ever be used. A non moving traffic violation can't even be arrested for. Now if speeding was going on, they could because that's a moving violation. If it can't be arrested for, it can't be done with a use of force. Cops and bootlicking judges will still penalize anything and everything but let cops get away with the same things while saying they don't penalize it. Hypocrisy at it's best. That's why I laugh when I get non moving violation tickets then dont go to court since that wont turn into a warrant for my arrest and they never get that money.
@@silhouettefadesnot showing up for court can get you a Contempt of Court charge in most states non moving violation or not. If and when you are eventually arrested they will make you pay those fines before bail is authorized. So if I was you I'd pay my fines Buko before you spend a month in county for something this ridiculous.
He didn't get a Gun pulled on him for a seatbelt violation. He got a gun pulled on him for not pulling over when the Cop initially tried to stop him. He was technically guilty of eluding failure to stop and evading the Police. Most people don't do that, you know who does Drug dealers, Human trafficers and every other kind of criminal. If he had stopped initially none of this would have happened.

Where’s the racism? Kids fighting in public, an independent witnesses seeing them flashing handguns, then they refuse to obey lawful orders to stop while they’re conducting a lawful investigation is racism? Guy admitting to not stopping turning a “simple” traffic stop into a felony take down which cops are training to have their firearm out for is racism? And stopping a subject involved in a SHOOTING and making an arrest is racism? He failed to ID an was a good arrest for his safety, say you let him go and now he retaliates and gets someone or himself killed? It was a great arrest but I guess that’s racism too? They're not all like that, but watching enough of this content on youtube would make one think so. Yes there are bad cops out there. There's no doubt about that, but there's plenty of good ones, too. I tried to kill myself back in 2008 with 120 pills of Wellbutrin and it was a police officer who saved my life before I was taken to the hospital, so I can attest not all of them are dirty like this.

It's cops like these that justify defunding the police. If they don't want to fix the problem, take away their money and let them work with half the crew they normally do. When the people of that community get tired of no police protection, they'll vote out or remove these corrupt police officers before they retain their funding. You obviously have never had your “neck stepped on” by the cops. I have an extensive criminal history, plus plenty of experience with them, being a victim or a witness. I’ve had them come and straighten things out for me, and I’ve also had them do uncool things to me, and then lie about it in court. Never been tased or pepper sprayed, but I did have 5 of them work me over good in a holding cell at their precinct. I understand that giving the cops the middle finger is protected under the 1st Amendment, but why would you want to get a cop’s attention, and NEGATIVE attention at that, by flipping them off? A person really has no idea how a cop will react to something like that. Quite a long time ago, I saw a video clip where a teenaged boy ran right up to a cop, and gave him a double middle finger. The kid was way up in the cop’s personal space, and you could see the startled look on the cop’s face. He jumped backwards, whipped out his billy club, and proceeded to beat the holy living shit out of that kid. Something tells me that kid won’t try anything like that again. That kid could’ve sued the police department and possibly won, I don’t know what the outcome was, but I would rather have my teeth, nose, and the rest of my body intact, than a pile of money, most of which, will likely go to an attorney, hospital bills, and pain medication. If there’s anybody who knows anything about how cops think and act, it would be me, and flipping them off is a RETARDED thing to do. A smart person who doesn’t particularly care for the police, would act in their presence as if they weren’t even there. Out of sight, out of mind. I don’t know where you live, but I live in a small city, where people kind of know each other. If I’m not on the cop’s radar, then the chances of them not fucking with me, when they arrive to a scene in a state of confusion, is increased. When responding to such chaotic calls, and they see a regular “pain in the ass” for them there at the scene, they are likely to automatically arrest that person first, and ask questions later, regardless of any guilt or innocence.
@@GuyIncognito-mw8mr What are you talking about? He pointed a gun at him and shouted at him and the only reason for the stop was “you didn’t have a seatbelt on” and “you didn’t stop immediately.” The cop did not need to threaten his life.
A seat belt that he had to unbuckle in order to comply. Cop's a lying racial profiler who had such a hard-on for searching his car because in his mind, "All black guys have drugs or guns in their cars."

I was stopped for a(Bogus) seat belt violation a couple years ago. The minute the lights came on I stopped in the traffic lane. Cop got on loudspeaker and told me to proceed to the gas station ahead, I refused to move and when he finally came to my window I said I didn't want to be charged, arrested, tasered for fleeing so stopped immediately.
If his seatbelt was off the police officer should have given him a ticket and let him be on his way. It's a shame when a traffic stop end up being more than 20 seconds. He was falsely detained and falsely search. That young man has every right to keep going to a safe place. You don't have to stop if you' don't feel safe. He needs to sue each individual.
