In his prime, Westbrook was a monster scorer with lightning speed and the power and jumping ability to dunk over players bigger than himself.

20/20/20 is so absurd, man. Really hoping Russ has a bounceback year. His IQ for the game may not be the best but I'd like to see the effort and tenacity with which he plays the game go rewarded. Not to mention the respect he's always had for the fans by not taking games off.

I remember watching this game live and was amazed with how well Russ played. If he wasn't making shots, he was outrebounding everybody on the court and setting his teammates up with dimes. Seeing how he played in 2019 compared to last year... it's actually hard to believe it's the same person

I was never a fan of Westbrook and at times I hated him. But he doesn't deserve all the hate nowadays. He's a great player with great intensity which at times his weakness too. You can argue he hasn't achieved much in terms of winning but you can say that for many great players. At least he already went to the Finals and some decent playoffs success. He has many , probably unbeatable, achievements and records. I really think what happened last season is the combination of him and the Lakers's inability to utilize each other properly.
