I hard lots of story of nale baa Even now you will find Nale Baa written on some doors.When I was listening to the story, I remembered my childhood. Still get goosebumps. I'm from karnataka. And this nale baa story is true... And till now we write on our door nale baa with a coal. And our elder people talk abt this chudail a lot.. It is also said that she haunts from starting of the January month till the end of the Pongal festival. So 15 days before Pongal we write Nale baa with coal. Thank you sir.
My theory regarding Monkey Man: 1. There were multiple descriptions of the attacker, each had almost same resemblance, this probably was because it was not AN INDIVIDUAL. IT COULD HAVE BEEN A GANG, WHO USED TO DRESS UP AND EK EK INDIVIDUAL KO SHAYAD EK EK REGION MILTA THA TO ATTACK, AND CREATE A TERROR AMONG THE COMMON PEOPLE OF THE LOCALITY. 2. IT could have been their strategy, to terrorize people in one zone, get them distracted, and when all will be out of their houses, the "gang" could have robbed them, while monkeyman distracted them. If nobody reported anything missing, it could have been the shock or trauma which never led them to figure out what went missing.. or else gang ka formula never worked. 3. Since the plan didnt work in their favor, sirf faltu negative publicity mila toh they dropped the plan. Hence it stopped abruptly.

I'm from Karnataka....I too heard this "Nale Baa" story when I was a kid...in my home also we used to write that " Nale Baa" on doors ,walls etc... But today I got to know the reason behind it.
In Andhra Pradesh we also have this story which my bua used tell us. She told that in olden days they used to write "oh stree Kal aana" On their front doors
Yeah,My mom used to say this.. She's from Bandar,And While coming home back from school with friends,she used to notice these kind of phrases on walls.. They were horrified of this back then
I am from Karnataka and when i was watching this on tv and my mom asked me what it was about. I told her the story and she said that in her house they wrote 'ಇಂದಲ್ಲ,ನಾಳೆ ಬಾ' on the door because it was said that an evil spirit visited the houses to harm those living there. Even though she didn't live anywhere near Bengaluru. I asked my dad about it too whether they wrote anything like that too and yes they did! And yup, he didn't live anywhere near Bengaluru!!!
The same chudail appeared in Maharashtra also I remember when i was little.. Everyone around me was scared of her! Her name was different here ‘Hak mari' it means a person who calls you by your name

im watching this video on 5th october 2023 and two yearsago my dad was telling scary incidents about his college life, how they had no hostel n used to sleep on terrace, one day he felt a heavy object on him and it was on his stomach, when he woke up he said he saw something humanoid covered with hair/fur all over its body and it was black in colour and it held his throat and he couldn't escape, he was trying to scream but nothing helped, he gave up and became unconcious, later when he opened his eyes the creature was on the compound of the terrace and it jumped on the other building and left him alive.. i thought it was just his nightmare, but now.. it matches all the descreption and im getting goosebumps hearing it..

I am from.delhi ncr and this story of monkey man is true and my dadaji has experienced it but they says that these monkey man were not any kind of horrible creature but they are the humans who come to stole things from the houses . These theives just wear the costume and stole the things

Actually I am really not sure about this because my neighbours who experience this have different perspectives some says they were real monkey man with same description told in video and others say these are just theives but people do get injured. There was really a terror of monkey man at that time . About dadaji he was also not sure about this .

Karnataka has several stories like this , and more in coastal Karnataka, nowadays there is nothing I alone roam in forests of western ghats in coastal Karnataka . But 15-20 years ago there were several ghost torchers like this and several people died also . I encountered such strange things only one time but my grandfather experienced several times. I experienced such kind of female ghost in 5 years ago, and also experienced some weird things like someone throwing stones and mud on my bike from front side but there was no one , and in that same place 200 meters away i saw one tiny creature which looks like man but completely black and has wings and it was flying like mosquito holding a little stick with one hand , i neglected it because I thought it as some weird creature and i was in middle of jungle,when i came back to home i searched in internet for such creatures but still I couldn't find such creature if anyone saw the same thing tell me what creature was that
you can speak about UP urban legend they call it "challawa" I have many stories related to it which has happened in my village and ek to personal story hai. :) if you need help let me know happy to help

Hello...just wanted to tell that the second story about nalebaa is actually true. I am not from Karnataka, but my mother and grandmother were born and raised there. Ever since I was a child my mom and grandmother told me this story about a man in there village. They said that a man lived along with his daughters is a decent house and they had a writing on the front door "nale ba". However one day his daughters erased it while playing "teacher teacher" game and the man went missing the very next day. I thought is was a joke until i went to Karnataka and saw that every other house has the saying "Nale ba" written on the front door or the wall either with paint or with chalk.
