That “OH NO!” When the investigator walked back into the room was hilarious. Imagine yourself in that situation, it’s like something from a movie lol. Walking back in and the window is just open with no one in sight lmao.
This was my favorite part too. After this guy jumps out of the window like a movie the cops sees what happens and all he has to say is "oh no no f***ing way." That made me laugh
Touching your body cam should also be grounds for firing. @@PureNapture how can you doubt it, plenty of things on cops vests including the camera, would be very easy to bum out and also having to take someone to the ground or wrestle someone
The way that cop was moving his hand and slowly blinking, it would be safe to assume that he was drunk. If this was somehow proven, I'd charge both cops because the second one was for sure well aware of that.

The "wall" itself might be private property, but as he indicated, the land would likely be part of the city's utility access. Which would explain why the wall/fencing is as far back as it is. My yard looks the same way for that exact reason. I'm responsible for maintaining that grass, but it's not 100% my property. I suspect the same applies in this case and I also wonder whether the property owner was even bothered by Josh. On one hand I'm impressed to see proactive policing (officers don't have time to do that where I live), but on the other I'm disappointed in how it was handled.
@@groyperfuhr4871it’s small town Stuff like this never happens people usually don’t do crime and everyone is pleasant to others so it gives off the idea everyone is a good person Vice versa to big city’s where theirs scum bags
The first cop is a danger to himself and others. The other cop is just as guilty for going along with it. The stuff I’m seeing lately is getting crazy. It’s getting worse, right? It is. Cops and criminals - everyone is out of control. What the hell is going on in this country?
I had an ex who helped mange an apartment complex in a shitty part of the city. she ended up walking into a unit with a dead body(and to make matters worse she knew the dead tenant) and millions of flies (she was 20 or under at the time). lazy ass pigs took multiple hours to send just one unit to her. they took a look and told her to wait INSIDE the apartment for the coroner to arrive, and then they left. The coroner then took multiple hours to appear but by that time she was traumatized. and that was only 3 years or less ago... city pigs are only looking for a paycheck not to help the people. the only ones I somewhat trust are state patrol troopers at this point. those ones at least don't have a nice convenience filled office to want to spend 99% of their time in not doing work but still receiving pay (or even overtime by doing nothing like in the case of Baltimore)
@BannyTheMan They're not corrupted. They're acting *exactly* how the government wants them to act. The problem will never be solved, because people like you think you can vote your way out of shit. You can't. Much like you can only talk your way into cuffs and never out, you can only vote your way into corruption and an authoritarian government and never out.
any officer who stands by and allows another officer to behave this way is EQUALLY as negligent in the situation and deserves the exact same level of punishment. An officer who can willingly stand by while someones rights are being violated and misconduct is actively happening are just as dangerous if not even more dangerous then the aggressing officers.

My problem is, he didn't actually do anything. That should have never gotten to the point, the younger cop should either called their senior or pulled the guy aside for a private chat in the car that he was completely out of line and hey gramps, this video might actually been seen on the internet by your family so they can see how bad you are at your job.
Younger guy would've got spit roasted for reporting an older fella. The system forces him to be silent. Even his face demonstrates that, barely can contain it. @@Nekulturny
@@NekulturnyYou think that cops can actually do anything to somebody in their own department and senior to them at that 😂 that's a good one. The Gang mentality and nepotism of cops would cause you to be austrasised and probably fired. The whole system is garbage and needs to be fully reworked from the ground up. But that'll never happen because of the "Oh but without duhh the cops who duhh gonna keep duh criminals in duh check duhhhhhh."
When they start that "are you ok" crap you've got to turn it around on them. "Are YOU ok? You seem stressed, are you having a PTSD reaction? Do you drown your troubles at the nearest watering hole? 4:00 As a geocacher, even if it is private property, the cache owner either needs to be the owner of the land, or get explicit permission from the owner of the land and explain to them there will be people poking around looking for the cache, to even place a geocache. Even on the cache page, it typically says “this is public land” or “this is private land”. So, in a way, he pretty much has permission. And virtually every cop knows what geocaching is at this point…
@@TOBY-jy7bz I know. You’re right! But still lol cop should have noticed that and at least waited for the picture of the dude to come. Safe to say he isn’t gonna be bumped up to detective anytime soon lol. Wonder if he got in trouble.
I remember reading the case for McNair, and I think one reason the cop didn't identify them on-site was because the printer or imaging of the mugshot was very blurry, low quality and lack of detail, so they had limited information about how he looked like when pursuing the escapee, which was really important; if this happened 5/10 years later they'd have a HQ image of his face and he would have no shot
Depends on the amount of data storage they have, this grainy footage is purely because the cost of data storage isnt worth having hq footage. Imagine having 20+ cameras with 720/1080p film running 24/7 AND stored for 3-6 months. A single camera alone would be 30-50gigs PER DAY then times that by 20 then times that by 90(3 months). Youre looking at petabyte storage that isnt even available to consumers let alone some shit county that has its IT department run by an old man or a highschooler Edit: even at the lowest range, you need 54 petabytes to do only 3 months of solid video footage. Google how much thatd cost
@@skylerbrodin5176 a 5 Mbps Stream of 1080p footage would be 54 Gigs per Day. 54 x 365 = 19,71 Terabytes for one person for A YEAR. For three months it would be 4,86 TB. 4,86 x 20 as you said equals 97,2 Terabytes. How do you calculate 54 PETABYTES ??? Your math seems to be all over the place.🤣 97 Terabytes may sound much to you but even my Home-NAS has 100 TB of storage with only 8x18 TB Disks. I would strongly suggest that even the most dipshit county could afford 2-3k $ for a NAS with a few disks every few years.😆
I feel bad for that investigator! Imagine leaving someone for a minnute and a half to grab paperwork just to come back and see an open window. Granted, you shouldn't put suspects in rooms with easily acceasible windows, but that's not always an avoidable option either.
minute and half? Dude said he'd be back in 3 minutes, actually took 12 minutes (look in the upper right corner) And also placed him alone in a non detention room, with unlocked windows. 3 things you never should do
@@ProdNapoleon Yeah. Shows, that being deceptive does NOT equal being smart at all. You could have been free if you just stopped being a dumbass criminal but apparently some just can't stop.
The worst thing is that one cop can do so much damage that it makes the entire profession look bad. I think the biggest problem is cops always defend each other, its like umpires in baseball. Theres no accountability.
The first one with Josh was so funny, Especially the younger cop smirking! He loved the way Josh wasn’t taking the shit he has to put up with everyday!.
My friend was riding his motorcycle and honked at cop that was doing a traffic stop and flipped him off. The cop returned the flipping of the bird to my friend 😂
When I was 13, I flipped off a cop because I thought it would be funny, then he proceeded to turn his car around and drive towards me. He began to threaten me and say that I could get taken to court and Juvy for doing that. Since I was not too far away from my school (after school) they brought the principal out and they began to make varying threats at me. I made a comment about constitutional rights and having the right to free speech and my principal would go on to say that I was a kid so I didn’t have any rights. These are the sorts of people policing our streets and teaching our children…
One of the most powerful things, is knowing the law down to the T. People are not aware how easily they can be manipulated without knowing the basic things.
I’m not a cop but having watched plenty of RU-vid videos I seem to know the laws that most cops don’t. It seems arrogant that most cops don’t seem to have an interest in knowing the law they’re just used to bullying people who usually don’t know the law until they come across someone who does and it’s very entertaining to watch.
Barney Pfife was definitely outmatched by Josh. He'd never behave that way without that badge and gun. He'd get the brakes beat off him and he knows it. 😂
And if old Tom would have flipped you off for no reason as you were driving by you would get out and beat Toms ass or at least threaten him with a beating.
The video where the kid jumps out of the window. I love the part when the officer walks in. You can pin point and can tell exactly what he thought off his facial expressions 😂😂 never gets old
lolol that whole interaction with the "wheelchair dude" is so fricking funny (if you forget about what he's charged for). "huh..he didn't need that wheelchair very much did he" lol
i don't see him as an idiot tbh he flipped the cop which is good, he knows the law which is GREAT because you shouldn't know the law to not get into trouble, you should know the law to prevent cops from detaining you ilegally (like it was about to happen in that case!), and he destroyed those two cops by knowing the law perfectly. I want him to be my friend!
@bubblemage Anyone who antagonizes anyone just because is an idiot. Because he 'knows his rights' and gets himself out of it doesn't make him not an idiot. If he flipped off a cop that actually just ignored him, Tom would still be an idiot.
I remember seeing a clip where about five cops arrive on a scene involving another on duty officer. When one coo get there he ask what’s going on, the cop he’s speaking to says “Jim’s been drinking.” And the cop immediately goes ‘okay got it’ & INSTANTLY shuts off his body cam to protect his fellow officer illegally drinking on duty 😅
There is a such thing as favoritism in the force they might turn it around on him and start looking for reasons to fire him. It could backfire and I’m sure that isn’t a fast way to gain friends in the workplace.
Phoenix PD is pretty sketchy. I was pulled over once by a cop who lied to me, saying that I was going 20 over the speed limit, which I wasn’t. And he didn’t even check my ID. He asked for my brother’s. He asked to search, but I told him he was gonna need to get a warrant. In the end, he let us go.
Scary! A reason why I love my dash cam with GPS showing my speed. I also have a body cam for backup incase I'm in a dead zone and the GPS doesn't catch up. It's been frozen on the 70s while I'm doing 45 in town, hate that.
