Very new to griddling, have a BS 22" and there was this ribeye at the distressed meat center at the market and wanted to find a good tutorial for how to cook it. You nailed it!!I am now a subscriber!!!!!!
Thanks Dre, not so sure about portable, it weighs 167lbs lol. However once on wheels it rolls around super easy. It is a Bad A$$ griddle though, I call it the Cadillac of griddles. I'm in Miami Lakes, we're neighbors...
I love your vids big cat! You motivated me to go out and treat myself to the adventure ready 22 inch black stone and man, it’s amazing! When I cook my steaks, I like to make a seasoned garlic butter mix and smother it on top after the final flip. The butter just sinks into the meat while it rests. It’s heaven on a plate haha!
Big Cat your streak came out looking perfect had my mouth WATERING! The only thing I will suggest you to use from trialling experience clarified butter or ghee you will get the flavor of butter and you don't have to worry about it burning from high heat and the use with any of your projects I hope you take that suggestion you I'm sure you will love it
I know that I cant turn down a good steak. I like mine medium, but some folks, like my wife like it well done. So, in my world, that is a DO and not a DON'T. I usually use a baking rack when cooking my wife's steak after I sear the outside of the steak, as to not over char the outside. Nice cook, GRIDDLE ON DUDE.
That’s about as good as it gets my friend! 10 more degrees higher for me please for medium but man oh man you can’t cook a steak any better than that! Awesome job!
Thanks bro, I dig your channel and just subbed. I just watched your chorizo egg cheese crunch wrap video and I was dying laughing every time you caught yourself saying "um". I can relate lol...
Hey Bat 13, I haven't used the e-series as much lately mostly due to the weather down here in Miami being spectacular. I'm sure this summer with it's either raining or 90% humidity I will get back on the e lol... Thanks for watching!!!
I do the salt pepper garlic powder on mine too, but I also do celery salt is that crazy? I never get any complaints and it's so much cheaper than going out and getting the same thing at a restaurant. And I honestly think mine comes out better!
@@cookingwithbigcat That's one of the really fun things about cooking. I love doing a tasting test and seeing what others and myself like better. Talk about an all around win! 👍🏻
