That’s a very self-contradicting statement. You’re talking about growing and healing and become an improved version of yourself, but also implying that an ex can’t heal and become a better version of themselves.

And you're also not being honest to yourself. You talk as if the only one wrong was your partner. Have you ever thought about the idea that the relationship broke because she was missing something from you? I mean, thats the whole point of no contact, to level up and work on yourself. Means that you were not your best in your previous relationship. So when both come from a new improved place, you certainly can reignite what was. These "never go back" statements are so small minded and usually come from people who's ego are to big to see what's true. Sorry but the truth needs to be spoken.

Where you felt good about yourself, so how are you mentally if you don't mind me asking....the quickest way to thinking you have moved on, is when the mind tricks you to feeling good and getting compliments....but then you still have the mental games going on behind close doors. When you get back home. When it's just you and your thoughts.....don't believe in just feeling great and getting looks and compliments will do the trick...it doesn't. It's a mind body and soul game. I might sound desperate but I do. Me and my ex have been in a 3 year long distance relationship and it was the best time of both of our lives because before our relationship we didn't have anyone to talk to anytime we want and share our secrets together and do a lot of different things, that's why the break up effected me heavy. The reason why we broke, while we did have problem and arguments, it was all mainly fueled by the fact that we're long distance and we both have strict parents and we live in a traditional society. I started no contact a month and a half ago and in the last few days i was hopeless in the last few days that she wouldn't contact me but she contacted me yesterday. I did everything coachBlac told us to do when an ex reaches out, I don't what's going to happen in the future but I'm not sure what i want. I really love my ex and i would love to be back with her but i don't want to get obsessed with her again also she's in a relationship currently, even though it will most likely fail because it's a rebound and she contacted me 3 times complaining to me from her new bf, still i feel like he has a mark on her and he could also get get back just like i would so I'm not really sure. Most likely I'm staying single my whole life because i genuinely don't have any interest in love anymore

@@jonthomson9262 yes I had to..she said again that she has no feelings and wants no relationship..she gave me only negativ attitude..she wanted friendship and I declined..now I saw she unblocked me again everywhere.. but I must go on of course because she is stuck with the past and the mistakes in the relationship..I wanted a fresh positive start as if we know each other again with dates etc and slowly of course..and she no..she declined 2 times with very negative messages..

Stay strong........stay in no contact for life..........and change your number.

And stop looking for love........love yourself,set goals yourself, and reach them,for yourself. The women will come and go as life goes on. You need the red 💊
