Same!! It took me 5 years to get it to give me blooms just a few weeks ago. It has given me 4 flowers since and I haven’t done anything but change it’s location. I’m scared to repot it now. 😂
I have 2 peace lilies in my bathroom and they love it..and sometimes I put in the sun for a hour or so...they are one of my fav plants...love this video...your dog wants kisses...
You are spot on , I repotted a Peace lily and bought sun lights and burned a leaf in 3 hours! I learned real quick. I’m new to this , can you do a video on Leca?
I "rescued" a clearance Peace Lily from Lowes thanks to your channel! You have me the confidence 😂. She wasn't too bad off though so I'm really not that much of a hero 😂.
i have a cat, bunny and bird. i have many toxic house plants but i’m lucky! my pets show no interest. obviously i’m still cautious but i’m assuming hers don’t show interest either
@@blindopossum7913 no the pollen is not dangerous. True lilies are the ones who are dangerous for pets, peace lilies are a bit poisonous but not deadly.
@@blindopossum7913 i suggest you make proper research instead of spread false information. Peace lilies are not the same as true lilies, they dont cause liver and heart damage.
It just depends on what you get your plant used to like I live in SC I can put mind on front porch that would normally kill one but because it slowly got used to that light it's fine.
Mine is drooping. Is it safe to remove the plant from pot to see how the roots look? Or will the soil fall out from doing this making me need to add more?
So I need some advice from someone. I recently got a peace lilly (burnt tips and like a foot tall) for my dorm. My issue is that I have a south facing window were I get direct sunlight almost all day. I don't have other bright spot to put it. Would blinds be enough to protect the leaves from drying out or burning? (I don't know allot about indoor plants)
My peace lily is drooping and it’s in water but I can’t find any video link or anything telling me why is she drooping and she’s only sitting in water and I’ve already removed all the bad leaves and I’ve already removed the rotten roots
I've done this and mine still doesn't bloom? Should I repot? Alot of the leaves were getting yellow and brown so I just cut those out and I let it suck in water at the bottom maybe once a week? And silly me I thought it was getting yellow/brown bc it didn't get enough sun so I took her outside on my balcony and she got all burnt ☹️😪 apparently I have no idea what I'm doing.
