Which Consoles Play The Most Neptunia Games? 

I hope every Neptunia and Senran Kagura game comes to the Switch for good

With how Sony keeps censoring fan service games as of late, let's hope that more Neptunia games make their way to the Switch. I already own most of them on the PC but it would be nice for the switch to get some more nep nep.

i still have my Hyperdimension Neptunia Producing Perfection game. i use it as my morning alarm clock for when i got to work in the morning xD. its a lot nicer to hear Nep-Nep's voice waking you up instead of that god awful beeping sound.

If Vert gets her own game it would be a CRIME not to put it on Xbox

This is just a side note for the future but not something I'd count officially I guess, emulation. RPCS3 is pretty close to having the original PS3 nep games be playable (there are a few issues to be noted be can't detail here). As for the Vita exclusives we have Vita3K however that isn't anywhere near fleshed out enough (incomplete shader disassembler and recompiler, parts of the HLE kernel has yet to be worked on etc.). Just a small note

In terms of Neptunia I have 2 (MK2 and Victory) on ps3 and 1 (VIIR) on PS4. I think most Neptunia games are on Vita and PC.

PS3 not only has exclusives but also has the original story with unaltered English Dub.

It's possible play the original neptunia game (mk2 and victory as well) on PC with RPCS3, it runs like a charm if you have a somewhat good CPU.

I started Neptunia with RB1 on the PC, but I really want to play the original trilogy some day. Perhaps it might get a PC release as a trilogy package, you'll never know.

so basically in terms of consoles. it goes like. 1st Uni. ( PS Vita ) 2nd Noir. ( ps3/ps4 ) 3rd Blank. ( Nintendo Home Consoles ) then we have the unlucky ones - Vert. ( Xbox Consoles ) - Rom & Ram. ( Nintendo Ds or 3Ds ) I believe the PC does not have a character based around it in the neptunia series, but I remember in MK2 there's an island in the world map that looks like a desk top PC, it's shaped like a monitor with a keyboard, mouse and the box.

YellowSuperNintendo, not attacking you, however i would like to point out that regarding neptunia the ps4 is the ''console'' with the most neptunia games, the ps vita is the ''handheld'' with the most neptunia games and pc is the ''system'' with the most neptunia games; hence pc is the ''platform'' with the most neptunia games.

I played neptunia on ps3 ps4 and vita. But due to the recent fuckery that is Sony going western on everyone's arse I'm decided to get all future titles and visual novels on switch (only on ps4 if I have no choice as I'm no pc player )

I have always preferred the first game over the rest after seeing it, so I guess my favourite system for Neptune would be the PS3. I dropped Mk.2 since the lines were almost identical to Re;Birth 2 at the start and I did get Victory, but I was already getting tired of Re;Birth 3 so I sold it under the assumption it too was almost identical except this time the battle system was too.

Regarding to the hypercollection. Its was a Europe release by nis america but did do disgaea triple play collection and. Arland atelier trilogy for ps3 in north america.

You know what it will be better??? Port the whole NEPTUNIA PS3 TRILOGY into just one Nintendo Switch catridge with previous DLC included inside, options for both English & Japanese voices, improved controls, improved graphics and perhaps a stable 60 fps gameplay. As for the Vita ones, just play those on PC.

Well nothing can beat the PC Personal Computer platform. Steam has the best platform of gaming but I would not count out the possibility of Neptunia coming to niche platforms like MangaGamer and JastUSA.

Pc has gotten more attention from Valve's Steam, Epic's Game Launcher, Blizzard's Battle.net, & Ubisoft's Uplay is all i can imagine. Steam came out when Half-Life 2 came out as gaming evolved is when i got back into JRPGs again i do thank the Neptunia franchise of getting me back into the genre.

Btw there is a emulator known as Rpcs3, it allows you to play Ps3 games. I've played Hyperdimension Neptunia on it, never tried Mk2 and V

Im holding to buy a Switch since there are not more Nep games there, also there's a rumored Upgraded model launching soon, but I really got used to play Neps on the Go on my Vita, I cant play the newer games (VII, VIIR, Cyber) on PC because I don't feel comfortable playing them on the big screen, I dunno why I can play pretty much all the AAA games but I like my Neps on the go, or right before sleeping, VN games are nice to enjoy on a small screen and way comfortable to my eyes but if IF decides to release the Rebirth series on the switch I will finally retire my vita... they can even put VII and I dunno if they dare to optimize Cyberdimension for the Switch

if you count emulation.. all the ps3 nep games work in RPCSX3 .. which just leaves PP and Chaos Champerru ..

I play on PC and PS3. Haven't played the re;birth games. I prefer just playing the OG console versions since each game feels different instead of a copypaste plus Nisa exists. PC for spinoffs and VII.

I played the first 2 games as rentals, and good to know the rebirth games are more different but I did get them on sale. victory 1 on ps3 psn and victory 2 on steam, and two of the other nep game spin-offs which I didn't continue due to the gameplay being a little jarring. As for the other games I might play 4 goddesses on steam its good to know to not get it as of yet. As for other games on vita I might get them on vita or on steam, since I am not buying a ps4 or ps5.

I’m currently going through the original ps3 games... However MK2 is very much a different game story and writing wise in the beginning compared to the first game and I’m struggling to push through it. I miss the Gintama meta of narrative.

PS Vita is perhaps the best system to play Neptunia games. PS3 is the only way to play the original series that also have Gust and NISA.

What really changed in fact between the games was the English script and voice clips, because, I believe, IFI didn't wanted to carry the rights of the previous localization from NISA (despite names like "Arfoire" and "Gamindustri" and plot terms like "CPU" and "Hard Drive Divinity", for the sake of familiarity) (although both were worked mainly by the same team), so, unlike how it was handled in Japanese, the last two Re;Birth games had to be completely rewritten and redubbed in English. Also, the battle system for mk2 is slightly different than that of Victory and the FELISTELLA remakes, mostly because of how the the AP and SP systems worked. We can say that Victory's battle system is a natural evolution from mk2's, the same way that VII's battle system is a natural evolution from Victory's. [01:56] I believe that these "3 on 1 bundle" collections is a kind of an European market exclusivity for console games, it might be a sort of tradition of pattern. [02:39] It is this kind of realization that makes you think that the PS4's lack of backwards compatibility with the PS3 is unfortunate. The only neptunia games I have are Rebirth 1, VII and VIIR, Cyberdimension, and eventually RPG. Time to save money for a computer to play the spinoffs.

Before I start the video, I will guess it's PS Vita. Well, I was wrong, but it was at some point I guess. Didn't expected PC to count, since the title says consoles, but I guess it makes sense because the purpose of the video is to tell which systems overall play more games and be more helpful for people who are looking for something specific to play their games. Like a where to start of sorts, but for systems.

Well of course, if you want to go down a darker path, there's always emulation to add even more to PC capabilities indirectly. Can confirm that the original HDN performs decently emulated, though I have a high end PC.

I kinda think playing on the PSVita is pretty nice as it's portable, along with the remakes and spin-offs. However, there are no newer games after VII for it. The newer games may be better to played on PC instead of the PS4 too since the PC performs a lot better. Or if you're a throphy hunter then I suggest playing them on the PS4

I started playing them on my Vita, then I went to PC and now playing on PS4 wich kinda sucks because I can't play whenever I want and some cutscenes aren't as family friendly as I though they would be and I'm kinda stuck on playing it at nightime only lol.

The system that plays the most neptunia games isn't a console. It's kind of ironic. PC still king to play any game. And for those not officially available there's emulators that can even upscale to HD quality. My upscaled FFXII game actually looks better in the emulator on the PC at full HD than it does in the "remake" they asked you to spend full price on.

Unfortunately, Cyberdimension was broken by IF on PC a while back, in an attempt to release a bunch of cosmetic DLC, and hasn't been fixed since... which kind of makes on one wonder whether they care about it at all, and what "futureproof" actually means if they just trash games like that.

I mostly olay on PC, but I bought the "Hypercollection" for PS3 because I wanted to own at least something from the series on a physical disc. Why does PC not get physical releases? Tried the first Neptunia from that collection but I found the battles and general gameplay less fun than the Re;Birth games.

The PS3 was where I first got to know of the Neptunia series. Considering how woke SONY is at the moment, I only hope that Neptunia gets more games on the Nintendo Switch and avoid SONY's PS5 entirely because of how woke SONY have become you may as well call them SOYNY. Hope that Nintendo Switch gets at least 10 Neptunia games because the PS Vita was awesome to play Neptunia games on I really wish for the Nintendo Switch to get the Neptunia love just as much as the PS Vita did. As much as I hate the way how SONY have become now, thankfully that cancer didn't affect the PS Vita as their Japanese games on that handheld system has been ignored by the SONY of America cancer. So if there is any PlayStation system that deserves some Japanese Importing, that would be the PS Vita all the way as well as the PS3 and the PSP for good library of Japanese only games especially the early Hatusne Miku games on the PSP that were only released in Japan when Project Diva first started.

My first game in the series was Megadimension Neptunia VII, but that was a couple years after I watched all 3 of the Re; Birth games, through playthroughs by Lost Pause. Eventually, got Cyberdimension Neptune 4GO. ( currently on Guild Rank 6 )

PC is invalide since it's not a console. I play the originally 3 on PS3, Pretty must all the Neptunia games on Vita and also own all the Neptunia games for PS4 except Super RPG which will be brought for Switch since I don't wanna pay the same price for something with less content (read censor)
