Beautiful video! 👍🏻
First video of your I have seen. Exactly what I was looking for, and well demonstrated. Honestly, I bought all 3 lotions. Thanks for a great comparison video!
I’ve been using coconut oil cause I just started shaving my head a week ago was my first time. Shaving with razor. So far it actually works damn good for pre shave first the oil then the head slick. No bumps razor burns or anything. But during the day it is way to shiny. So thanks for this video. I think I’m gonna try the matte. See how it goes.
Back in the days like 5-7 years ago i used Nivea Active age after shave , its the best after shave balm i ever used , it had anti aging properties aswell as a perfect moisturise and it didnt smell or anything but since they stopped producing it i was forced to try something new , then clear head + head lube matte was the second best thing for me , but god i miss the Nivea Active Age after shave cream, it was very very cheap and it also ahd anti aging and the head felt so good afterwards.. the blades im using is gilette proglide and i also sharpen them on my razor pit after each shave and every blade lasts for 8 shaves , is that ok? and what would u prefer gillette proglide or headblades ?
I'm new to this and this first week I've been using my wife's Bio-Oil for moisturising. It has worked for me so far, but I know I will be more comfortable with something that I know is actually made for head care. No more "is this right" thoughts. So I have ordered a bunch of different Headblade products and in a few days I will know that I have the right things for the purpose.
@@NoBSBeardReviews And I do, for sure. The Bio-Oil was the only one I had tried so far and had nothing to compare with. Now I have tried the Headlube and my wife has gotten her Bio-Oil back. :D
There is a You Tube Channel called The Bald Cafe. He recently introduced his own version of a head lube. He is based in England and selling there now. Hasn't started selling it here in the USA. He spent alot of time perfecting it. I am excited to try it. He has done alot to make men feel comfortable with their balding and bald heads. My best to you! I have been using Beardbrand Utility Balm after my aftershave in the morning. A little goes a long way. It makes your shaved head feel wonderful.
I appreciate this thorough review. I've used the glossy in the past and absolutely loved it, but switched because they didn't have SPF in their product at the time. I haven't been happy with the competitor, so I'm going back to HeadBlade. I just wish they had an SPF in the glossy!!
Headlube glossy and matte and spf 50 they are Great stuff! In the summer i use headlube spf 50.in winter headlube glossy moisture lotion for shine and beautiful! Headslick is the best cream. No parfum, Free paraben ,cruently Free. Razor i use Gillette fusion proshield flexball chill, headblade moto, defender razor!
I'm not much of a glossy guy. My head produces a lot of sebum naturally and goes from glossy to full on shiny in a couple of hours. I used some head lotion for a bit when I found this out and stopped using it. Now, I've been using a rosewater skin toner for about six months and it helps to keep the shine down for most of the day.
Can you use the head blade matte on a short buzzcut? I wear a 1 guard buzzcut and I've noticed my head shines more than I'd like but I wasnt sure if head moisturizers can only be used if your skin is totally naked.
I'm going to be brand new to head shaving & bladness by choice simply because I love bald heads as of next month. Being a WOMAN, which Head Lube version is most recommended for a woman? it sounds like you can't say enough good about them all & you said for yourself as a guy you prefer the Glossy version. Well, I'm completely clueless what's the best look for a bald WOMAN who is choosing baldness simply because I really lvoe a smooth as a baby's bottom kind of smooth bald head. Unfortunately, male or female, I don't know anybody personally who is bald. I'm kind of an oddball in my fancy for a beautiful (or int he case of guys really handsome & attractive) bald heads. So I have NO CLUE what's the way to go as a bald woman who thankfully has NO medical reasons for choosing baldness, just I love bald heads. So anysuggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. This is your 3rd HeadBlade review video I'm commenting on. I love your style in the reviews - you seem extremely well-versed in these products & it's clear you know what you're talking about & actually use the products you review from this company so that makes me want to ask you as I have on thee 3 extremely helpful videos. Plus on top of that, you seem to enjoy being bald & I think that's really awesome & exactly how I foresee my own bald journey for myself. Will the HeadBlade products be as ideal for a bald WOMAN who chooses baldness simply because I love bald heads & the bald look so much? Or are they appropriate only for guys? (I'm guessing they'd be fine for either gender who happens to be or choose to be as in my case BALD.) Anyway, sorry to have so much to say, but this is a major transition to a whole new chapter in my ilfe & I'm really EXCITED to more or less come out as the beautiful BAld Woman I know I am on the inside & want to totally rock it on the outside tangibly. Thanks so much for your videos, reviews, wisdom, insights, & everything else. Your reviews are so very appreciated. Thanks bunches! :-)
I think you need to find what works best for the look you’re like. I like drawing attention to my bald head so I prefer the shiny look. I will absolutely recommend you get something or apply a sunscreen if you will be outside. Checkout the Defender razor. It has been my go-to razor for sometime now. I would suggest it with their sensitive or extra sensitive razors. Here’s my review, ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-sqfrrnYO6BM.html
I have to use Head Lube very sparingly. It seems to cause alot of sweating on my head. I do like their product Slick to shave with. I seem to have better luck after shaving by first applying WITCH Hazel, let it dry. Then apply after shave. If my skin feels dry then I apply Beardbrands Utility balm. Mountaineer brand also sells a great headlube called Bald Head Care Protect. It is much smoother in texture. Makes it feel great. I might add that Moutaineer has a complete line of products for men that shave their heads. It is one of very few companies offering protection for your scalp if you shave.
