Thank you so much! For this cake you need to find a chocolate that has a delicate taste and blend in with the rest of the ingredients, this is the main reason why we used white vegan chocolate. Maybe try online, we always buy online as some ingredients are easier to find this way. :) Otherwise you could also use a vegan pastry cream ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-rBgda_Z5I4w.html, we haven't tried it yet with this almond and coconut sponge cake, but it should be real nice. It is a different cake but if you can't find any vegan white chocolate is quite close.
