Whites Bullseye TRX Review 

I know same here.. I have hounded Garrett to get one done.. if they do it will dominate the market.. that is no joke! yeah there is a waterproof one out there but it only lasted a month.. I got rid of it after having to send it in and it was way too large.. not mentioning the name..

Yeah I was always wondering about how a vibraprobe would stand up and last.

Thanks for the View... I totally understand. The Garrett has been around for a while and definitely has earned its place among the top..

Gonehunting For History some people have had problems with the Garrett Pro Pointer that I never had in the last 3/4 years I used it. So never change a winning team :) I'm sure every type of pin pointer has it's pro's and cons. I wish they could present one that IS waterproof. Or at least a real waterproof cover.

HoardFinderNL I hear ya.. The only issues I had was the Operator.. lol mostly dropping or not changing the battery enough.. and I wore the tip done using it to dig..lol

yeah this video was made over a year ago when the TRX first came out..

I recently bought a White's Bullseye TRX. White's claimed it was waterproof to 10 ft. I took it to 3 feet & it completely died on me after 5 minutes. $130 dollars & an hr drive to Cabella's for this? Not happy.

It's still not waterproof & i just bought one on sept. 23, 2016! Wasted my money. They are false advertising to put "waterproof" on the box & claim online that its waterproof to 10 ft when it's not even waterproof to 3 feet. If it's only water resistant then that's the word they should label on the box. Obviously, there's a world of difference!

contact Whites Customer Service. They will definitely want to hear about and will take care of this issue.

commonconservative I've used all 3 extensively and TBH I can't tell a major difference in battery performance.

Honestly if you are under bleachers unless you have it pointed at the ground you(in power four) you are probably going to pick up the bleachers. It's really sensitive and have had some issues picking out my target if there is a lot of trash.. Even with the sens turned down..

When this video made White's had pulled thier certification on the waterproof ip68, that was per email from tech Mike at whites.. Fyi

+Evan Granger Sorry my bad everywhere i looked actually not one vid said it was waterproof so i tried my own test.I used a 10 ft x 6 inch pvc pipe filled it sunk my brand new trx to the bottom left it for 30 mins.I was going to take the electronics out i decided not to.I opened it all dry thankfully.2 year warranty anyhow.I trust whites iv owned my V3i M.D. for 5 years rugged awesome machine lots of deep finds. my first penny at 12 inch on a old 1960s decommissioned part of the hwy one of the overgrown pull offs 1854 eagle american 1 cent had it appraised $100 cool not selling tho first coin i ever dug up its a keeper. whites stuff kickass my wife and i have 5 boys then saved the best for last a girl.They all use my whites equipment so my testimony by saying it's tough it is.So i was a bit miffed when all i could find on the trx was not waterproof. other then that ure vid was great and knowledgeable info thanks again for it.Hope 2 see more videos.So over and out have a good dig see ya out there

+3D camper oh no problem.. At first they were then they removed it.. Now it seems they have again started saying it is. I believe at the time of release the tech said they weren't satisfied with the testing.. It's been a while and I deleted the email.
