Congrats on your finds. Nice video. Thanks for the info. Can you share all of your settings that you use on the beach? I normally search in Relic mode so want to learn how to search on the beach especially in the wet sand. I have tried the MX-Sport on the beach and did good in the dry sand but my MX-Sport went bonkers in the wet sand. I tried to play with my settings but nothing seemed to work until I went back into the dry sand area. Thanks ;-)

I was planning to get Whites MX Sport. In the past month I purchased the Garrett 300 and AT Pro. Have only used them a couple of times and looking for something that works better in salt water, after all I do live on Oahu. I have watched many videos on the MX Sport with good reviews. Glad to hear that you have fixed the problems that people have had. What is your suggestion?

Hi George! It's a great machine and we definitely think you should give it a try! The MX Sport was designed to find a wide variety of products and can go on any terrain. You can use it in the water and dry sand! It has a Salt Track feature thatl enhances the device's performance on wet sand, farm fields and high alkali prospecting areas, so you can hunt where others can't reach! bit.ly/2CRao67

What's the max sensitivity level and what level of sensitivity do you have it set on furthermore salt mode on some detectors acts kind of funny I've seen modes that try to boost sensitivity I've seen salt modes that are mainly done for like black sand in your Rocky California kind of beaches basically a full detailed elaboration on what salt mode actually does to that detector

I have a MX Sport for two years now and it Will find EVERYTHING that’s in the ground ! A dime at a foot and quarter at 14” no problem,it’s the best machine for the money. In my opinion. Some times when people are watching I like to make believe I’m mad it it so I yell and throw the WATERPROOF MX Sport in the water 💦 Haa what can I say I’m a joker 🃏

Can the GMX Sport be used on a salt water beach as well? I know its a gold nugget machine but with all the ground balancing abilities and hot rock/ground elimination I have to wonder if it would work on the salt water beach as well? It would be nice to only dig gold rings all day...lol

What do you think about this detector vs the Treasure Pro??
@godforever27
@godforever27 4 года назад
this has a better all around frequency and a gold prospecting mode. its also water proof where the treasurepro isnt. this is better. i would also checkout nokta. they just released the nokta simplex + and it has two times the features it cost.makro multi kruzer us cheaper than mx sport and is waterproof with multi frequencies. the nokta fors gold is also a good metal detector that only cost 440 now. its 15khz and the mx sport is 14 khz

@@sanddollar9322 I suggest contacting customer service at Whites Metal detector ask for Steve Howard in Customer Service, 541/367-6123 or 541/367-6122 or 888/666-6121. I have had real good luck with replacement parts, battery packs, headphones, and battery caps that have cracked or broken. Tell Whites what issues you have had and they will take care of you! ;-)

You know nothing!
@davemork4910
@davemork4910 4 года назад
@@capttbone11421 Who knows nothing? You have to understand that Kellyco does not make any metal detectors; they sell just about everyone's detector and they do forward suggestions to the manufacturers as food for thought. Not all suggestions are based in reality and some are just not able to be included in a detector that is affordable. Do you want a cup holder on your metal detector? Some of the suggestions that are sent in are way out of this world! Some suggestions are great but not reasonable or cost effective. I have heard many ask for an USB connector so that upgrades could be done at home rather than having to send your detector in for a software upgrade. You might be able, willing, and knowledgeable to be able to do this but what about the first time you drop your detector and the USB connector breaks? Now you will have to send your detector in for repairs or buy the replacement part and DIY repair. Some can and do, others do and should not, yet others are smart enough to know when to have the experts do a repair. Just my two cents worth for your consideration. Please explain who you are saying knows nothing! Thanks ;-) Dave
