Over your dental situation…. I do not see significant dentine caries and you only show a set of radiographs, one of the left and one of the right so there is no way to compare them. Caries can be “reversed” if they are limited to the enamel and without cavitation. Caries limited to enamel or to less than 30% of the dentine do not require fillings, only lifestyle changes and monitoring. When they reach the dentine they can be stabilised but never reversed. My guess is that the dentist was going to over treat you by drilling into tooth structure that didn’t need to be drilled. Look at the ICDAS index.
At 71 and dealing with health issues, I am glued to your channel. I’m hoping to gain some helpful inf. I did loose 40 lbs in the last year. now I’m 147 at 5ft6,. I walk every day. At present I am detoxing from a very difficult drug. My knees seem to be the area most effected, very painful. I will be better soon but am very interested in becoming as healthy as possible. I hope you will soon better explain how to achieve the benefits you have presented here. Thank you for your work. I have been watching you and David Sinclair with great excitement.
Hi Bob how are you? It sounds very painful what you’re going through. You're still young and your body has healing power. I’ll take your request into account. Comments like yours really give me extra energy to produce content, which is very difficult now (as my wife goes through medical treatments, too). Blessed you, Rimon
👏👏 Good Morning, Same here as a 65+ plus follower and our Scientist David Sinclair's protocol gave mi moral & hope for the coming years. But there are some confusing grey areas in this protocol .especially the dose of NMN & Resveratrol mostly resveratrol, confusing at the moment🫣🙄😳😩 I know Rimon will find a solution and make the questions clear in our minds shortly. Thanks to whom spend time on these important issues. Bone mass is our number one priority in our age group😔 Thanks 🙏to Rimon for this informative video👏 Now first thing in the am, listen to and search his videos first. Like a helping hand💅 Wish you a lovely time on your longevity and Health spa journey 🤗🙏🐭🔬🕺📚💊💊🔆🌅
Thank you, originally I intended to do what you asked, but bow the channel is focused on longevity - the audience chose that. lots of love in your direction. Happy new year ❤
I would so love to see a short video in the dental stuff! Mostly because I wouldn't even know where to begin researching that properly tbh. And it sounds like you found quite some impactful things there. Either way, thanks for your work. Great channel :)
How are you Robin, yeah, the issue with the dental stuff is it's at least 60 minute video. Which would take me a week to produce! Thank you for your compliment, looking forward to see you here again! Stay young and healthy.
Yes, Dmytri has Avery good point. Muscle holds the skeletal system together. So it is extremely important that as we age we ay atten to it just as we keep our internal organs functioning smoothly. Would like it very much if you can talk more about it. Great content Rimini! More power!
Great video! I appreciate your work. I'm 60, and have done weight training every day for the last 7 months. I'm a bit more toned, but the scales show no muscle weight gain. I'm with Dymitri below. I'd love to see your muscle building protocol.
Inspirational video - like all your great videos. Congratulations on your personal and professional successes. Would love to hear more about your muscle-building and dental problem reversal protocols. I am a 70 year-old female with pharmaceutical-interaction-induced ESRD. Was very fit and active until onset of acute kidney failure, then CKD in my early 50's. No diabetes, 138 lbs. at 5'9", but have lost all muscle mass during past 2 yrs. due to long-covid complications of dizziness, brain fog, and crushing chronic fatigue. Hoping to start exercising again soon as I am improving somewhat. Very worried about osteoporosis due to ESRD. Have taken vitamin D3 w/ K2 for years as I live in Alaska. Very interested in muscle protocol you mentioned for the woman with osteoporosis. Thank you and looking forward to future videos. Love your series on resveratol - superb analyses and presentation.

Hi Dmytri yes. RIght now people are more interested in aging, and it's consuming each such a video. But def , if I see more comments like yours, I will create something.
I, too, am Interested in the muscle building, though I don’t know what my prospects are at age 69. I am getting a bit discouraged because I did take off a lot of adult weight gain, though I also wasn’t thin in high school. Now I am at BMI 22-22.5 most of the time, but my body fat stays between 28-30%. I normally eat between 1200 and 1500 cal a day, and that’s being pretty careful. The idea of sustaining a deficit long enough to eat into those fat stores after all the changes I’ve already made sounds daunting. It actually makes me question how important it is to me. I’ve done fasting protocols of several kinds, none of which I want to continue that consistently. I’ve recently started muscle building. I’m not gonna go back to eating junk, but maybe I just need to do the minimum and concentrate on something else for my last years. Being super healthy is not actually a guarantee of happiness. And some people with very good attitudes actually live happier lives being ill than people who have no health problems.
@@WellnessMessiah Great! I'm very interested in that. Your muscle gain was very impressive. I have fasted, I'm a cyclist, and push heavy weights as a 61-year-old woman and I have made gains with muscle definition and separation. I feel great. Always interested in improvement.
What do you think of Dr Shai Efrati's hyperbolic chambers? I live in Amsterdam and unfortunately there are no such chambers here. I am 68 and I take NMN, which has helped me a lot (which is an understatement). I am learning at a faster rate than I did 50 years ago. Neys gadol!
Hey Frankasaf, it's great you had such amazing benefits with NMN. Wishing long and mentally sharp life. To be honest, I didn't research those chambers enough to state any strong opinion. However, I've encountered many doctors stating good clinical results with some sort of oxygen use in their practices. There are better people than me on his subject.
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is interesting and I speak as a person intimately familiar with the concept. I was a HBOT nurse for several years. The treatment is utterly amazing for complex wound healing of diabetic ulcers and peripheral vascular disease. There is undeniable proof that it is effective in these circumstances. In the original work based on “life without blood” pigs were exsanguinated and lived without blood inside of a hyperbaric chamber dispute lacking hemoglobin because the blood serum becomes oxygen carrying at 2 atmospheres. This translates to why it works for PVD and diabetic ulcers because the serum has no difficulty reaching areas that are clogged that hemoglobin cannot reach. This oxygen rich serum allows for healing in these devascularvised areas. There is evidence that HBOT also allows or energizes angioneogenesis. This was demonstrated in San Antonio with a facial degloving related to radiation devascularization. Now some proport success with HBOT for other things such as epilepsy, autism, etc. These may be promising but are far from proven. HBOT has a long history of being attempted to treat everything under the sun and has frequently been referred to as “voodoo medicine”. As far as longevity I hear promising things about low o2 levels driving longevity through strenuous exercise and I think that appears more likely than hyperoxigination.
@@mercy1962 Thank for this thorough comments. Your knowledge means a lot. That's what this community is all about, sharing information that others don't know yet.
This is exactly why I am trying hard to increase my VO2 max organically through exercise, natural EPO stimulating activities and in general staying healthy by keeping a lower BMI, nothing crazy, 20, low body fat 17%, weight training to keep muscle on along with bone growth and fasting when necessary.
@@WellnessMessiah Thanks, very proud of you. You are doing a wonderful job. Warm greetings from Israel. (It really doesn't sound like an Israeli accent).
Hi Mango, how are you today? That's why I'm making those videos. Each result requires a different protocol. I will publish - depending on what most subscribers want - the next guide. So feel free to submit which issue/problem you want me to show a protocol for a specific wellness result.
@@WellnessMessiah Another vote for gum, oral biome/saliva, and tooth remineralization etc in over 60’s, especially - when dry mouth sets in …. Thank you! Also muscle building w/arthritic joints. How to…
No one is going to put on 8 lbs. of muscle in 4 weeks unless they are pumping in lots of androgens and even then it would be difficult. You also gave no specifics on the dental issue.
Hi Gordon,my background is unique, which makes my results unique. I did study chemistry, biochemistry, metabolism (certified in Metabolic Typing), and statistics). From here, you can start thinking about data. Besides that, the actual research was done outside of the academy (and more around humans - my clients and my body), which makes it complementary to the yeast and mice Sinclair mostly researched. The video answers the rest about "who I am" - may not be suitable for everyone :)
