@@keith1617 Even conservative archaeologists like William G. Dever agree with me. Basically, you're out of touch with the archeological research of the last 40 years.
The original inhabitants of the Levant were the Natufians, genetically related to Sub-Saharans. The Biblical timeline isn't that exact and is often thought to be somewhat poetic and allegorical but completely true at the same time (like how God can be three and one at the same time). The Canaanites were described in similar terms as the Nephilim from before the flood. Food for thought. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xH7ypqWIpCo.html
I appreciate the efforts. However, Canaanites are the descendents of Canaan and lived in the land of Canaan. Also, the bad ones are the ones who killed, raped, burned, and destroyed entire regions to steal their lands. By the way, Canaanites worshiped El or God. The council of God included angels and saints to include Baal. This is not to mistaken El for Yahweh, a later addition to the second half of the Jewish Bible. Cheers!
