Panel Discussion Series 2021: Why and How to Become a Bioentrepreneur?
In this online panel discussion, two bioentrepreneurs from Hong Kong and Mainland China shared their journey of becoming a bioentrepreneur. Dr Eddy Wu, Founder and CEO of Arctic Vision talked about his life sciences career from working in top pharmaceutical companies to starting his own biotechnology company in China while Mr Stanley Sy, CEO of Sanomics shared his insights on the opportunities and challenges of being a bioentrepreneur. Dr Cyrus Chan, Assistant Director of IncuBio of HKSTP was the moderator of this session. He also introduced the support and resources provided to potential bioentrepreneurs.
