@Gwen_Peterson_ I've been on and off. I love my first coach with whom I lost 25 lbs. Gained back 20 and now have a new coach bc I need some different perspectives. I met with my coach and her coaches, a married couple who are Optavia success stories and Influencers this weekend, and I am motivated to revisit my why and my why have I not.

Such great tips! I have to watch the late nights myself. However, your urine should not be clear. Pale pale yellow, yes, but clear usually means you're overhydrated!

Hey there. I have no idea how I didn’t comment on this. You’re correct that clear doesn’t mean that you’re wiping everything out of your body but the honest truth is, I rarely have people that ever even focus enough on their water to get there. So if I tell them that’s their goal, I know that they’ll probably get close but not there and then they’ll probably be cloudy yellow and starting to at least cleanse out their liver with hydration. Ha ha. How are you doing on your own program

What if your on thyroid medication? What is the best time for your first fueling of the day? .

With thyroid medication, consult with your pharmacist but I've always heard to take it on an empty stomach and then wait 1 hour before eating your first fueling. I know thyroid issues are super frustrating and can definitely slow down the weight loss but, the good news is.....you still are losing on our program. So while you may not be throwing the numbers that others are, you are still making progress so that's great!

Great tips. I feel great losing inches this wk but I’m not eating all my greens. I had turkey most of wk which is leanest w 1 fat only (laughing cow cheese wedge) not enough fats. This wk I’ll do exactly as you say here! I didn’t go off plan at all, food wise. But I Went longer than 2.5-3 hrs 2x this wk! I lost 2 lbs. so thank you. It feels like more as inches are moving outta here. Lordie I needed this. Thank you 😍🔥

@@SuperBabybaby12345 People try to treat this like a sprint and the truth is you didn’t get here mentally or physically in a super fast manner yet we just wanna get the weight off and don’t realize we have more than just food to figure out. We have to work on the mental or the food just doesn’t come along for the ride correctly. Good job. Don’t give up. It is a marathon not a sprint

Not if your body is used to it. If you were sedentary and then started doing 15K steps then you might need to add extra protein until your body adjusts but if that's your norm, in my experience, because you're not huffing, puffing and sweating all day, I think your fine doing the normal 5&1

Thank you for this information. I am up late and was told to have a 6th fueling, so I’ve been eating an extra bar. But this week I will try 1/2 lean....I’m in my 3rd week and not losing any weight, last week I loss 1 lb, and I have not gone off plan. Hopefully this information will help. I’m determined to succeed I like the program, not hungry, but if I don’t lose, lm not motivated.. I know inches, but I depend on that scale...lol

Sodium is a problem for me, making me retain water. Everything but the Bagel is HIGH in sodium, very high. 80 mg in 1/4 teaspoon !!! I have been requesting a list of all fuelings' sodium. So far, none available.

hahah! that's me... I found that I eat off plan once a week. I didn't realize it kicked me out for 4 days... great information. I'm also eyeballing my condiments - how necessary is it to keep those exact?
