Hi, my name's Tim and I own a Honda Jazz. There are reasons for this, most of which I explain in this video. Join me for a mercifully brief review of my Honda Jazz, but mostly this video is to thank anyone who's watched my nonsense this year. I sum up the year on YT, look forward to 2023 and drive through a puddle. See you soon.

Had an 06 plate 1.4 i-dsi and did 158k in it until I traded it in. Was a great car, took me and my family on holidays to Cornwall for several years and was so reliable. Serviced every year and it just kept going

I got a 2009 Honda Fit, and it’s almost identical, it’s light blue though. it does have more cup holders and is an automatic. In January I really needed a car & I love Hondas & Toyotas and found my Honda Fit. I drove it quite a bit in 4 months, it’s just ready to hit 185k miles… it’s amazing what I can squeeze into it! It’s really a fun little car!

Both my sister and her boyfriend have Honda Jazz's (2008 and 2017 respectively). My sister uses hers for her dog walking business and has had custom dog crates installed in the back (with the rear seats permanently down). She can transport 4 dogs, each with their own cage and plenty of space. It's like a minivan, amazing really. I drive a MK9 Civic which I can also recommended as a cheap reliable daily that shares the same magic seat feature as the Jazz.

I have had all kinds of cars, fast cars, pretty cars, ugly cars....but i always, ALWAYS go back to the jazz, its such a brilliant car, the "magic" back seats can pretty much make it into a escort van...the jazz has never... ever failed to start...and 40 quid to fill up and can easily get 2 working weeks out of it... before i need to fill it again! I honestly not going to get any other car from now on.....ALSO...Honda do a pet cage that will fit the jazz boot beautifully....so will pets world...for you dog owners!

Just got a Honda jazz which is exactly like this one, same year and colour, only difference is that it’s got a sunroof. It’s so much nicer than I was expecting from my budget after an accident I had in my 2017 Peugeot 108 that was written off ironically from a white van smashing into the side of it last month

I've had my 2011 Jazz for two years. Brilliant car. Possibly the most useful car I have ever owned. It is a magnet for scrapes though. I have had 7 hits in two years (The first and worst was on my third day of ownership when a van ran into the back of me. It attracts scratches like nobody's business though.

My sister had a jazz similar age to yours and had to get rid of it as it was costing too much in maintenance, (my sister's a bit rough with it), it had bumps and scrapes all over it. She loved it so much she wanted another one! She went and bought a new hybrid as a single woman wanted a car that didn't need work on it all the time. She really loves this car! In Zimbabwe, jazzes,(fits out here), are used as illegal taxis and regularly carry 10 to 12 people! They are amazing cars

Hi Tim. I hope you find this comment on an old video. My 2004 jazz is finally going to the big scrapyard on the sky. Lots of welding required. Ive absolutely hammered the poor thing, dragging tons of match fishing gear all around the country. It really is like a little van with the seats down. Anyway, I trust your opinions on things, so wondered if youd give me a shortlist of used cars that I should look at with a budget of just 5k. Reliability is a key concern, as disposable cash is at a premium, but mainly I need it to be a van in a cars clothing. Going to look at a 2013 c3 picasso tomorrow, plenty of space in that. What would you be looking at and what would you avoid?! Thanks mate keep up the awesome content

Good cars and very reliable unlike my 2012 ford focus that cost me $10,000 Australian dollars to purchase 2 years ago has gone through a steering rack, camshaft position sensor, heater core failed needing the entire dash pulled out to replace. I'm looking to trade it in on a Honda or Toyota

Still driving my 2007 Honda Fit. Best car I ever owned. No mechanical problems until this year when the air conditioner conked out--at least $1,500 to fix it. It was a hot summer, but, as I waited and waited for 2024 Chevy Trax that I ordered to ship, the more I began to feel like I'd miss my Fit if I switched, so I wound up cancelling the order. Clearly, I'll need to give up on my Fit before too long, but not just yet.

A very VERY good dependable, reliable not worries at all everyday motoring. The MPG puts a lot of modern cars to shame, my mum was able regularly to achieve from a £10 top up to over 100miles from that. MOT'S were no problem as long as the consumables were addressed...Happy motoring with a Jazzy

I`ve had mine for 7 years, I`ve lusted after a Jag all my life but, the wee Jazz just won`t stop, so I`m thinking, why blow a ton of money on a Jag when the Jazz starts stops & steers! What`s a Jag gonna do that the Jazz doesn`t (look really cool on my driveway) but no, and in 7 years, it`s cost me (get ready for this) £320 in maintenance. both times on brakes. yeah it`s not the most glamorous looking car, but by god is it reliable!

My elderly mother has a jazz and loves it. It's definatley functional. A head purchase rather than a heart purchase. The only thing I really dislike is the steering which is appalling. There's no castor so you're constantly having to steer in a straight line.

My Mum had one and the steering was great! I drove it years later, and it was as you describe. While driving erratically, she does crash down pot holes and curb the wheels a lot, so I put it down to that.

2004 Jazz SE owner. These little cars have a mis-placed stigma, a bit like a Micra (another brilliant little car). Economical, torquey little cars that that are fun to drive and throw around. Downside; no modern infotainment and a bit of a job to fit a modern system in as the radio/CD is integral with heating controls etc.
