I’m new to 3D printing (last October). I’m doing OK I think. I’m using the E3 S1 Pro. I really find your RU-vid channel helpful on a lot of topics. I’m messaging you to request a video or rather a series of videos. I was hoping you could do a Cura walk through on each line item in settings describing what it does and when to use it. Maybe break each section cooling, infill, support….. into its own video. I know it’s a lot to ask but you seem to have the only channel that can explain it to me so I understand properly. Thank you.

Thank you for the complement and I will see if I can fix in some additional Cura videos.

Been a maker my whole life. Furniture for my family, gifts for friends, test jigs for my business. I been using these hands most of my 64 years. I have grand nieces that have been passed on toys I made for their mother (my nieces) that I made 30 years ago. THAT is feeling like no other. :)

Thanks for share your knowledge with us, I have about 6 months in that world of making stuffs, and it's a pleasure each project done. And you, for sure, is someone indirectly involved in this process, with your knowledge from other videos, I could fix some issues in my prints. Again, thank you!

The service and the education you provide are, without a doubt, priceless. thank you. You helped push my love for art to another level. I am no longer bound by pencils paints or clay. This started off for me as not wanting to pay outrageous prices anymore for things I liked. In six months' time, I went from click and print to developing my own designs and people purchasing from me now. Thank you again and many blessings upon you and yours

I'm a retired heavy pant mechanic and one of the most enjoyable parts of my work was making things to ether do a particular job, weather it was a special tool or a bespoke attachment for a machine. I'd come across 3D printing on the internet so explored it mainly on RU-vid and decided to get myself a printer. I then came across Freecad, now I'm not an academic sort of person I'm more a role your sleaves up and get your hands dirty type and I'm not really tec savvy, but thanks to yourself and several other RU-vid channels I learn enough to make numerus useful things. Some of witch friend have ask me to make for them and are delighted with. One of my friends collects diecast cars and when he saw some shelf I made he ask me to make some for him, now these shelf are made in such a way that you can keep adding to them. He's even got himself a printer to print out more of the parts to expand the shelfs and there now just over 2 meter long and 1.5 meters high and display most of his collection and he's talking about starting a second set of shelfs. It's an impressive sight when you walk into his living room and that's not something you can go out and buy at a shop.

Hello, I am very new to 3D and o just love watching your videos. I have 2 photos of my grandparents home that I would love to make a 3D out of. I have a front/side photo and a back photo of house. Is this possible to do? Is there anybody out there that transforms it to cad for you? -Janelle

Is there a way to stop the printer from making small blobs when it's about to print, is there a way to stop the homing function before beginning a print? I'm using cr-6 se with updated community firmware.

Irv, I don't think anyone has ever said it any better than you just did. When you buy a gift for someone it becomes next year's junk. When you make something for someone it becomes an heirloom. That person has taken time out of their life and put their heart and soul into making that gift. When you receive a gift made by a child, cherish it.

It’s satisfying to make things. I like to build scale model cars, I like to make parts for them as well.

yeah well, unless you have all kind of slaves and lowlifes around you, that makes stuff for you - then you don't need to actually 'make stuff'
