Damn, I'm sorry. This was me for years just a month ago. Started taking dim for hormone regulation (estrogen) and it knocks me out by like 10pm.

I'm 52 years old and I still can't get to bed on time or get to sleep easily, I've struggled with this all my life.

Same age, watching this about an hour after I had PROMISED MYSELF I would go to bed. The waiting list for my ADHD assessment could be two years long, no way I can afford to go private, aaaaargh... OK, going to bed now. Thank you for your comment, goodnight (or morning or whatever, I don't know where you are) 🙂

I'm in the same boat, although my bum hurts from sitting at the computer for too long, and I think I'll save this video for tomorrow. Thought I'd get to bed early tonight (um... this morning?) because I only got about 4 hours last night -- I had to be up early this morning. But nope. I know I'm only hurting myself. I'm not sure what I'm rebelling against.

Someone please start a adult babysitter service or hire a mom or hire a grandma, that could call or come over and MAKE SURE you go to bed. It would just take once or twice to break the habit.
