HuoHuo heals, regen energy and buff DMG. Luocha heals and generate Skill Points. People seem to underestimate Luocha being extremely SP positive. His auto-heal doesn't cost SP and gives himself energy for ult. If you used Luocha technique before battle, he can go an entire MoC battle without using any skill point at all because the healing from his healing field and auto-heals are enough. This means every SP that Luocha generates can be freely used by SP-hungry carries like IL Dan Heng, Seele or Bronya. Luocha can virtually go in any team, including double DPS teams or single DPS + Bronya team. HuoHuo needs to consume SP when she heals. She tends to be SP neutral, and sometimes negative. This means when you slot her into a team with someone like IL Dan Heng who eats all your SP, you will need another SP generator in the team. It's very hard for HuoHuo to support a double DPS team since she doesn't generate SP and in that case you'll need an extremely SP positive character for the last slot who can generate enough SP to the double DPS chars.

@@Aliens1337if you give luocha that 3 star light cone with action forward mechanic and make him 161 spd, you get an infinite skill point factory

​@@Aliens1337except Hip Huo's energy recharge can, in some teams, be considered skill points, since it can make up for the extra energy from using a skill vs using an attack. @GuobaCertified made a nice video on her.

I currently run a double dps team in Topaz/Clara and I haven't had that many SP issues. Any dual dps with Clara has always been managable SP-wise from my experience. It's not super hard to manage the SP needed when your damage is gonna be enough that spending a turn getting some back won't hurt you a ton in the long run

@@matthewglenn3081 I actually think double DPS Clara/Topaz is one of the best double DPS teams for a lot of reasons. Since Clara runs slow, even if you only use skill her SP use is manageable, and Topaz only loses a bit of damage from using Basic instead of skill. Plus, Clara brings AoE to back up Topaz's single target.

That'll be fixed soon enough. Just pair them up with Ruan Mei or Hanya and give either one Bronya's light cone if you have it and you'll probably never run out of SP.

Well it does look like Hoyo is running out of ideas for enemy mechanics. Every single enemy after 1.4 irc is just "I debuff you, i can also buff myself. Can't do anything about the buffs? Too bad, they won't go away without a debuffer/cleanse". Can't blame them though, it is a turn based game

​@@kaz_araya7960 but at the same time, that is literally what make the game "hard" they must either ddoing much more dmg every turn than your dps or unbelievable amount of cc honestly im hoping future enemies will have more gimmicky skill like spd buff adn summon Or just look at phantylia and the deer, imo the best bosses in the game

They seriously need to realize that putting shitty 4 stars on good 5 stars’ banners isn’t effective. Just go all out and put some good ones on the banner then people would have every reason to pull, it literally only works in their favor. Sick and tired of this “trash 4 stars on good 5 star and good 4 stars on mid 5 star” bullshit they’ve been pulling.

I'm kinda in the same boat. I've got Fu Xuan on one team and Bailu or Lynx for the other. My teams end up being DHIL and either Jing Yuan/Topaz or Kafka. I just feel like there's no real justification to pull for her. The only place I see her going is with the Jing Yuan/Topaz or Kafka teams since they can utilize the raw attack as a whole team (DHIL has Yukong and Tingyun to supercharge him). IF by some miracle of wallet I got E2 on HuoHuo she'd instantly replace Bailu since that revive is basically the only separating factor for me, but I just don't see a super need for it.

I've got Natasha, Lynx, Bailu, and Loucha and I am still going for her because the game gives use enough jades to do so.

Right me too that’s why I pulled for her and now I have 2 five star solo sustains and I don’t regret it she will hold her value forever bc she’s a healer and those are scarce right now but even in the future healing and cleaning will still be needed

Fr. Pela is one of the best, if not the best support for dual DPS teams

because 40 def will not gonna boost break, sure, its nice, but overall, the harmony characters we have are betters than debuffers, since their buffs can't be taken away, but the debuffs can, especialy at bosses, the only debuffs not going away are guinafengs (wich i use consitently) or confusion in SU, if a debuff can be cleansed, its kinda less worth than consistent buff wich can't be taken away (as much i can remember from 1.0 playing trough 1.5) def reduction will be worse than DMG/crit buff

@@hvcskmagyar just build your Pela to be fast, then with Tutorial Mission/Vonwacq/ERR rope she's got literally 100% uptime on her ult without using a single skill point. It's broken as all hell

Probably due to the facts she can't cleanse, and her E is rng. Enemies nowadays will throw out many debuff, and able to hard CC your team; and having a unit like Luocha, Lynx, and Huohuo can save you. That's what I experienced as a Bailu haver.

Bailu is going to keep dropping over time cos she doesn't offer much tbh, sure the revive is handy but rng heals and no cleanse suck big time and her passives are crap compared to Huo Huo or Luocha

about the Bailu thing...like someone said earlier, that she has RNG in her kit, her E many times won't heal more than 1 person when I want her to spread the healing to counter aoe/dots // aoedots. She also sometimes her E will rng again and heal 2or 3 people when I want it to heal that 1 person at least twice to give them what they need in healing, or sometimes I want her E to heal ther person shes healing and herself because if she dies from RNG enemies her revive won't proc, many times she dies first and didnt get to use her revive proc and then I feel her entire run or picking an using her was wasted and this is her with 6k HP, 50% healing bonus, 1k defense, and E1 as well... bailu is just so trolly with the RNG on her E topped off with her ressurection not working if she dies or is under CC (Even with 40% Effect Res she gets under CC manytimes, honestly the passive/trait they gave to a Harmony buffer/Hunt hybrid Yukong with it 100% resisting a CC the first time every turn should have been given to her and other weak healers like Natasha/Bailu) TLDR: Huohuo > Bailu 1000x over even without a revive mechanic, and relying on Bailu past lvl 70 for content is just so RNG and really bringsBailu to Natasha levels of usefulness but without the cleanse=trollup levels of healer

as a SW main, she’s way worth it and the only “must pull” imo…literally has gotten me thru endless content and makes so many teams work. Plus u really feel like u can skip banners with her in ur roster

yes, honestly shes a better Luocha to me, he served his purpose and has his place but Huohuo's massive attack boost, energy regain ultimate to team and attack debuff to enemies is so much better than a skillpoint here and there that he "might" save you including the word might because Luocha can only cleanse by using skillpoints if it is not autoproced by being at 50% health or less or w/e, When you want to deliberately cleanse someone with Luocha if the target is not 50% or less proccing a freehealcleanse from him then you are dipping into skillpoint reserves much in the same as how Huohuo heals/cleanses with her E skill so you have to factor that into theories that many are glossing over.

If you want her, go for it, but FX and Luocha are stated to be easier to slot in any team than Huohuo. Do use Fu though, she is amazing.

i actually do need Huohuo to help with Argenti's energy regen but I already have Luocha and I need to guarantee Argenti so eh, i'm skipping Huohuo

@@sumbunniii8721 Luocha is the best healer, while Huohuo is a very good healer with extra utility As someone who is skipping Huohuo because i have Luocha, I can still highly recommend Huohuo, the buffs she can provide your team as a semi harmony unit while also still being able to heal units like Blade and Jingliu well. She can also cleanse, which is one highly regarded trait of Luocha Dont worry about element coverage for now, get a good spread of character types you need. Some DPS, buffers, debuffers, healers, tanks

At e0 yes but at e1 she wipes the floor against luocha and it's not even close but then again who even pulls for eidolons on abundance lol

If u are close at pity pull, if u arent then its recommended u wait tho it will take time since LEAKS Blade and kafka are rerunning on 1.6 and its from a reliable leaker so u might have to wait till 2.0+ but its better than pulling on a bad banner where only the 5 star is worth it

If you don’t have loucha then huohuo is a must pull

u can pull for her if u like especially if u don't have a limited 5 star sustain but jingliu & dhil are the best characters in the game rn so

Bailu is falling off pretty hard tbh, in a couple of patches she'll be trash, cos she can't cleanse and that's super important rn

That honestly doesn't really matter with proper rotations. It doesn't hinder her at all. And also she just has too many positives and a higher ceiling as a support to even matter as well. Loucha is is S+ but Huohuo is just as good and even better in some cenerioz. It's all about preference

I did the same even after I used so much resources to get lynx to 80 and talents to 8 😢 wish you could reset characters and get your material back at least half of them

Doesnt seem like shes a must pull for you, but she’d still be a valuable unit.
