Thx for your insight and helpful information. I am very antisocial and avoid gatherings but that’s another issue. I prep days before a trip or event just because I know my body. My wife doesn’t even look for places to eat that doesn’t offer GF options. It’s just a hassle. Last bbq I went to my family thought they were doing me a favor and kept everything separate and made special dishes for me but I still ended up consuming gluten. Didn’t consider sharing my drink with people that were eating gluten would transfer that much but lesson learned.

Hey, hopefully you see this, I’m currently glutened for the first time ever pretty severely in years since diagnosis. I’m really good with avoiding it, my body and mind cannot afford to eat that. But it’s unrealistic to think it will never happen accidentally. I really hope you make more videos because they are really helping me and I’m watching them all right now! Thank you so much for the work that you do & the awareness that you are raising
