Just don't ever take your old videos down. I refer people to them and watch them over again whenever I run out of supplements and need to remember what to buy.
Welcome back my friend. You've been missed! I can relate to your message! Feeling the same! So glad you took time to care for yourself! Many blessings to you!💜
So good to see you ! Sorry things have been so tricky for you. I'll catch up with q and a cos of time difference, but any ideas of a supplement or idea to stop stress related over eating in the evenings ? Usually healthy eating during day but lose it at night - not thru hunger, just greed/emotional eating. Take care Janelle, totally understand your break from YT.
@@DrJanelleSinclair I started taking 5htp about a week ago after being on antidepressants for 25 years, I stopped my the meds in January this year as they weren't working anyway. I felt awful until the 5htp but now I feel so much better. Your videos are a great help. God bless you.
@@DrJanelleSinclair Dr can I ask... So it's been two weeks now and I'm on 150mg of 5htp a day, it's helped to calm me but I feel I could use further help, could I up my dose safely? Also do I need to cycle 5htp? And if I do need to cycle how would that look like. I really appreciate any help Dr Janelle.
It sounds like you had waaaay too much on your plate. Good for you for taking the break. I just found you and look forward to learning from all your videos. I hope you're finally settled in a fine new home, and your life is getting back on track.
Do you know of any supplements that will help heal damage to the hippocampus? Damage was caused by chronic, unpredictable stress from birth to age 37; chronic malnutrition; profound long-term grief. I am now 46, in a stable, safe relationship for the first time in my life. I am trying to rebuild my life, body and brain. My biggest issue at the moment is lack of memory recall. I know this stems from subconscious memory suppression of events, for survival. But at this time, I would like to remember things that occurred a week, month, or year ago, which my brain still continues to block (until I am reminded of events in detail.) I would like to stop that survival tactic, and be able to recall current and recent events on my own. Is there any way to recover from this damage? Thank you!
Overworking is not good. The Yogis say it is wise to see Karma in Akarma & Akarma in Karma. Akarma means nonactivity. I'm still struggling myself to apply this in practice, and I am not so smart as I might think I'm. This requires the right interpretation for proper understanding.
Hi Dr Janelle Sinclair I'm glad I've found this channel, I am a verry depress person. I've watched the low dopamine symptoms video and i found out that i have most of the symptoms of low dopamine . I don't have any friends, I think the whole world is against me. Can you help me
Hi there , please don't t give up. I have been there and still healing, Prescription Antidepressants only made it worse , I have been taking 5HTP and Tyrosine for over a year now and I must say that it has worked wonders for me. I can handle the pressures much better now. Hope you feel well soon. Remember you are enough and you are a special child of the universe 🙏

I am 21 and have been depressed since 14 by getting mood swings as my mood fluctuates. But happiness wont exist anymore as even if my mood lifts up it's not to an extent where I'm completely happy apart from playing football. Had a blood test last week and my resuits seem normal so the doctor can't identify the root cause. I think it maybe down to puberty so at 14 when my body experienced changes. I would like to ask you what would you say is the cause that's making me feel depressed?
Sorry to hear that Abu. As there's no short answer to this question, I'll add it to the question and answer session in 3 weeks time and hopefully I can give you some insights then.
@@DrJanelleSinclair Maybe people who have these similar problems are born with it and only notice mood fluctuations/depression when they have hit puberty which is why I'm depressed and have been since 14 years old or unless something happens during puberty because it changes your body. As you said there is no short answer what if I just have a chemical imbalance in the brain? Would you suggest taking 5HTP and L Tyrosine and for permanently?
