If you eat a healthy breakfast, you can eat as much dessert as you want and it won't count as breakfast anymore and shouldn't produce any physic radiation. I recommend yogurt. It's healthy enough to not be considered dessert, but it tastes a lot like ice cream so it still feels like dessert.

In my mind, I picture pigeons being golden retriever coded, crows are like that vampire gang from Lost Boys, and seagulls are the loud laughing/screaming types you'd find in post apocalypse movies like Fury Road or Waterworld.
