Coach Lee, I can't thank you enough. You are truly my saviour, especially during my darkest times. I followed your no contact rule for around three months and now he wants me back. Even though at that time he told me that we will never get back together etc. After following everything you said, I did it. I lost hope SO MANY times and I kept on questioning whether this would actually work, but I chose to believe in you and the no contact rule and here I am now. I am so thankful that I found your channel. How to deal with the resentment towards them ? When they left you during one of the most difficult and crucial period of life whereas you were standing strong with them during theirs. This type of betrayal can easily drown one person into anxiety and depression .And it just gets more difficult to fight when you see everything crumbling right in front of your eyes.

Empathetic people a lot of times get intertwined and start to date a narcissistic person but the reality is to except it and walk away ... love yourself and if they are supposed to be in your life , they have a lot of catching up to you to do. Pain is real and the feelings of love are raw, put the feelings of love onto yourself and love you and realize that time will heal. I am 6 months NC... I know how you feel but you have to love yourself more and just let go. Mine had one , to my knowledge he is gone , we had a 3 year relationship, and with a 2 yr old , I stayed in no contact but only to take care of the kiddo when needed. She has been giving some signals , but I'm still holding strong I have time on my side. Take care of yourself and level up yourself they will come back , I was the giver and fixer in the relationship, and I decided after her threatening me about leaving the past 3 years, I got pissed and told her to leave , trust me no contact does work just make yourself a you 2.0 , better yourself all the way. At first I was angry and vengeful at the way it was done, but now almost 8 months later and after a lot of self reflection, I realize I was handed the gift of not having to spend my life with a selfish, narcissistic, useless human being with no goals and no empathy. Therefore, I am happy now and forgot what his face looks like. I wonder, why would one want to get back together with someone. It's over and it's for the best. Be happy all. The thing with the rebound relationship is that I don't know how some people would be okay with their ex dating and sleeping with someone else and then coming back to them? I would never accept that, that is the lowest point for someone. The moment your ex sleeps with someone else should be done for you, in your head. You should definitely try to move on after this. How much I'm trying to get her back I wish to succeed before she is meeting someone else because if that happens, I will never be able to take them back knowing they've been with someone else. Even tho it's good for you because they realized they want you and all that. Doesn't matter, they slept with someone else. They abandon you, they are being selfish and don't stay to work on yourselves together, they dump you and then also sleeping and being with someone else? Who would want to be with someone like that? You should get your strengths and start to move on for good.

And if she says no, you just move on? And if she says yes you check if there might be a chance to restart your relationship? I think either way this will probably hurt your heart again. 1 month of NC and she found herself a new guy. Basically a rebound and definitely a guy with nothing going on on his life. I spent all this time learning from coach lee. But the simple fact that she found someone new that fast is denigrating. Especially when I the dumpee raised my personal value. Threw out all the little things I never notice in my room , I ripped a card I was keeping from him, I threw out about anything and everything he bought me (which he whined about buying me) and I got so much more space and decluttering done :) wow that’s so awesome I didn’t know how much pieces he always left behind carelessly that took up so much of my space and my life. If you had emotions that was strong for the person, wait before dating someone new until you heal and feel ready, that can take 1 month or 1 year. Never rebound. Dont feel stressed meeting someone new, even if your ex has met someone. Its about you own emotions, your own soul and happiness. Emotions just dont die easy, even if you are hurt. It is normal. Wait until you are ready.

This is a really good video.. 38 days of no contact after I caught my ex of 2 years cheating, confronted him and he left ME. I did make it a difficult breakup.. and it dragged out for 2 weeks, haven’t heard from him. He doesn’t go on social media so 🤷🏽‍♀️ don’t know what’s going on with him but definetly positive he’s with the girl I found out about and he’s stubborn, but I will never reach out to him again no matter how bad I’m hurting.

Good stuff coach lee. I watched you for months now & I followed every advice. My situation was short but I did no contact right away. Thanks to your videos it helped me ALOT. After 30 days he broke. He texted me 2 days ago & I haven't responded. Due to my emotions & I did all I could to heal from it for 5 weeks. Worked out etc took my anger out that way. I really thought I wasn't gonna hear from him again & that message caught me off guard. He texted to see if I was ok. - we broke up & mind you I was the dumpee, he used the excuse of it's me not you. I'm not ready for a relationship... he wasnt over his toxic ex so I moved out. I clinged on for 2 weeks & after that he said hes talking to his ex again as friends but part of me feels like he was lying so I could leave him alone . Idk what to do coach. I'm literally stuck. This is so good! I haven’t broke the no contact rule since January when he told me he needed time. I do work with him, but I just keep it light and simple. I was depressed and everything for a couple months, but as of right now I am happy and looking into the future. He will see that in person and the way I’m communicating, but he said he needed time so I hope he’s happy with the new girl, but when he comes around again I will be gone.

Same here, I also listened to clay Andrew’s and by god I wish I didn’t, he talks the biggest load of rubbish with his “advanced relational” skills garbage and made me anxious enough that I contacted him to build a connection according to him even though he was reaching out to me. Doing that actually Made me feel worse as I felt he was only responding out of politeness. Coach lee as well as other coaches that promote your ex must be the one to reach out to you and initiate are correct. It’s more genuine when it comes from them whereas if you reach out they may respond but could just be being cordial. Also ignoring your ex is bullshit as well, if they directly reach out, please respond!!!

Coach Lee helped me by giving hope during those really hard times after the break up and I thank him for that, but ultimately I had to step up and kill that hope in order to move on. Now I’m experienced enough to know 1 st acknowledge any wrong. Let them know you want to stay together. 2nd leave them and go no contact. 3rd I make new matches the next day and start working on self otherwise The anxiety becomes overwhelming and your stomach hurts. I’m not saying jump into another relationship right away but having the social connection and validation after the rejection along with reevaluating your life goals will help. At the end of the day our time in this reality is temporary and a relationship with another person should enhance the life you enjoy as an individual. Looking into your fitness finances and future goals it’s a perfect time to heal to dedicate to a great routine. I wish you all the best❤️. It will always 🦂 sting.

I'm in a very unusual situation (more of a casual/poly situationship that ended and they still wanted to be in contact and hook up from time to time) and I don't think we're ever going to get back together (cause we were never really together in the first place). My ex left after 15 months of dating. I was crushed but then I really worked hard and was grinding for my last year in Varsity for graduation and I finally built my pc. Just as I got over the fear of loss and was good without her. I got a call from a friend apparently my ex hit him up and was asking about me and really wanted to talk. He played the middle man. She was scared I moved on completely, or maybe I was still angry at her that I'd chase her away or that I'd boast about the fact that she came back and basically have an ego boost. We're still taking things slow obviously at my pace. But all I can say is, just hang on guys. There's a lot of factors and things also happening in their life. If you do things right, you will be at a right place where you're okay if she comes back or not and that's the mindset you wanna have.

See I made the mistake of reaching out to my Ex after 3 weeks of no contact. I politely asked how she was and was ignored. So I then went and sent a message saying that I respect her decision not to reply, but I do wish she hadn’t kicked me out of her life by text etc. and wishing her well, saying goodbye etc. That message rattled her cage to which she replied “I did not kick you out of my life”, and “you said text when I was ready etc”, none of which I actually said to her. I really do wish I stayed in no contact now, but that little conversation has actually made me more confident without her.
