Why legal action should be a last resort & some new warning signs 

Caveat Emptor seems to apply still but the TA6 form should surely be requested by anyone purchasing a house.
Either way, nice new signs have gone up warning everyone about our barbed wire, security and dogs.
Could barely remember how to use the CO2 laser :-(
