Flash was only able to hurt the kryptonians in his film, tho because they hadn't had time to gain strength from the sun. This was also a reason Clark was able to have an advantage against more then one Kryptonian in Man of Steel. Super speed is almost pointless if you dont have the strength to hurt what you are hitting or else its Red Ghost vs Omni man all over again.

Ok Lemme give u some feats: 1) When Zack snyder introduced Steppenwolf, he said the guy had survived a real fight with the real Doomsday and ended up destroying the moon of Krypton. Meaning he had Moon level Strength and Durability yet Supes made him look like a pie cake and rocked him so bad that he was screaming which openly means Superman> Moon level. 2) In BvS, the Daily planet magazine told us that Supes moved a Tectonic plate that was threatening to cause an Earthquake that may destroy a planet which requires more than Trillions or Quintillions Tonnes of force to push it. Ehich means Superman>Planetary 3) He overpowered the World Engine In MoS which had the power to terraform the planet and Stood at absolute ground Zero of the gravitational force that was wrecking the Earth's core and still Flied so fast that he destroyed it. Which means his Durability>> Planetary 4) Speed huh🤔 Did u see when Ww fought Ares and She appeared like she teleported when she hit him? Or did u forget how even Ww couldn't react to Flash yet Superman was attacking hin even Shocking him because Non of the Leaguers was able to See him when he starts running. - MoS Superman was faster than Kryptonian Rockets which were Hypersonic and ZSJL Supes was Said to be 100× Faster, Tougher and Stronger than he ever was. And during his speed feat the guy was walking around straight-faced. Zero effort. He can go way faster than that. He was designed to be OP and not make any sense. And that’s why he wins. I’ve wondered about this one for a while but it truly matters the version. DCEU probably crushes, but Metro Man hasn’t shown any weaknesses either.

See, the argument that "statues don't fight back" is actually the exactly reason why SUPERMAN stomps Metro Man and why it isn't close. DCEU Superman's speed is ridiculously overrated, but Metro Man's speed is even more overrated. I used to be one of the Metro Man wankers who severely misinterpreted and overestimated the impressiveness of MM's speed feat. I used to think MM would blitz and statue DCEU Superman to eventually win. But after looking at the calcs from both franchises, it's actually Superman who's doing the statuing and blitzing. Metro Man's feat where he lives his entire day in 1 frame of the movie is extremely hard to quantify because we don't know how far he actually travels. However, the 2 calcs that are available for this feat grossly highballed this feat to get a low end calc and a high end calc (though both are high ends cause they deliberately overestimate the amount of distance he covers). Gonna use the high end calc to demonstrate how slow he really is compared to DCEU Superman. The high end calc assumes that in Metro Man's typical day (that he's fast enough to fully live out in 1 frame of the 30 fps movie), he travels the same distance an average human would if they jogged at the average jogging speed of a human (2.2352 m/s) and maintained this constant speed for their full day (average human spends about 17 hours a day awake). Assuming a human jogged at this speed for 17 hours straight, they'd cover a distance of 61200m. Y'all see how badly this "average distance covered by a human in an average day" measurement is overestimated? We're basically assuming that the average human has the stamina to jog at 2.2352 m/s for 17 hours straight. Forget the time that the human would slow down due to fatigue, or take breaks to do typical daily activities (toilet business, eating, drinking, driving, hanging out with people, etc). The average human doesn't cover this much distance in a typical day. And tbh, MM doesn't in his typical day either, as we saw him sitting to ponder his life's choices, eat, read, etc. But screw it. We're assuming Metro Man covered 61200m, even though it's a gross overestimation. Since this happens in 1 frame of a 30 fps movie, he'd be moving at a speed of 0.01369c, which is Sub-Relativistic. Now lets look at DCEU Superman's speed. In pure attack speed, his lightspeed heat vision (this is confirmed btw) blitzes Metro Man, who's nowhere near fast enough to react to lightspeed attacks. But as for Superman's physical combat and reaction speed, well we could say he was keeping up with a "rule-restrained Flash, but we don't know exactly how fast this is. "Rule-restrained" Flash basically means Flash while explicitly going below the speed of light. Fans love to pretend DCEU Superman has FTL-MFTL+ combat speed for fighting Flash, but they forget that prior to the scene where Flash reverses time to save the world from the motherbox explosion, Flash was going below the speed of light because of his self imposed rule. And even then, Flash was still faster than Superman and dodged all his attacks. So keeping up with holding back Flash would get him to Relativistic+ at best. However, for a more concrete example of how much faster Superman is compared to Metro Man, lets look at DCEU Wonder Woman's speed (someone I've been grossly underestimating for years in terms of combat speed, but was still blitzed and statued by DCEU Superman), and see how she compares to Metro Man (the massively highballed Metro Man btw). Wonder Woman's reacted to DCEU Doomsday's heat vision. In this scene, Wonder Woman was calced to have been moving her arm at 0.23c to block his heat vision, making her Relativistic in combat. DCEU Wonder Woman is 16.8006x faster than Metro Man. And yet when ZSJL Wonder Woman (who could potentially barely upscale her weaker BvS self) fought Post Resurrection Superman, he made her look like a statue. He blitzed her and stopped her from clashing her bracelets together, he statued and blitzed Steppenwolf who was fast enough to fight Wonder Woman, Aquaman and Cyborg all at once, and he even statued her and the rest of the league (minus Flash) all at once. So basically, Superman's statued and blitzed someone who's over 16x faster than metro man in combat. DCEU Superman statues and blitzes Metro Man. The massive edges in strength (lifting and striking), AP + DC, durability, endurance, stamina, skill, experience, tactics, IQ (FS and B), powers/abilities/versatility, and hacks makes this a spite match for DCEU Supergoat.

The speed of Metroman would make his attacks even more powerful. The kinetic energy of his punch would send Superman flying out into space. Superman couldn't keep up with that speed and power. His only weakness is kryptonite and a woman, but he may reach his limits for the first time when taking such insane shots from Metroman.
