The Reason Why People Hate on You Is because you are being Successful and doing better than they are, or at least that's their perception of it!
But in all actuality, you are growing and you choose to better yourself and go further than remain comfortable and stagnate. On your journey to success some of your closest friends will undermine you because they are uncomfortable with their own success and have not yet learned how to face the fact that you are more focused and successful.
The reason why people want to see you fail is because they don't want to see you in a much better position than them and these people are usually jealous. They love you deep down but they hate you at the same time because they are unhappy with their own level of success.
Pay this no mind, and use this hate and envy as fuel and motivation to become more and more successful on your journey. Haters are the ones who motivate you to your success.So the more they hate the more successful you will become. Smile!

Kayla Exactly word for word you are correct, this just happened to me God was showing me who is who replaying in my mind past red flags each 1 has showed me with ritious anger inside me until I finally let go of these ppl on the inside and the replaying thoughts have calmed way down the more i let go. Many are still in my life but now I know who is who they will get the generic version of me as I reach success in silence and keep distance from these haters/jealous/envy and want to see you fail instead of succeed beware they will put on a new mask act like your best friend and try to be in your life again when they see you succeeding don't forget what God is teaching and showing us these people never change they just put on a new costume new mask fake smile

I had haters in the beginning. I’m lucky with bad friends. They are usually competitive and envious. They don’t like it when I do better than them so when they had glow up moments they became more horrible. One of them is obviously insecure because likes to give backhanded compliments. I don’t want to have new friends and to hangout with them anymore. I want the friendships to disappear gradually. So I just act normal around them. I was always there to support them and be happy for their wins and even in their defeats I was there to support but when it was me, they were not there. There are good friends that really support their other friends but sadly I haven’t met those kind of people. I am in my late 20s. I’m glad I don’t have a reason to see them because we are not college students anymore. I can make excuses if they want to hangout.

Yes, you are so right. My husband and I went through homelessness. And God and my angels was there. Our family showed their true colors. Thank you God for the struggle. Because we know who and whose we are. I know that we didn't go through that for nothing. We are the chosen ones. People even family do not want you to succeed. Stay on your path of success. Many years ago I realized my closest friend was a narcissist. It was all fun and games when I didn't have any goals and I was going to the same 9-5 job . Soon as I found my bf I met abroad and he told me to move there and I decided I also wanted to study. I could see the envy in him he didn't want me to elevate. He thought he could manipulate me into doing what he thinks makes sense to him. He would constantly say negative things and I realized he's not a real friend he just wants me close to watch my next move. When I moved abroad I kept my distance and I wouldn't confide in him anymore. Gotta keep away from the fakes

Just went through this situation with my sister. She has always had low self esteem, no good men, and laziness in her life since I've known her. She see's my greatness/potential and the control I have to ignore their ignorance and chaos for not jumping into her fights etc. So she thinks I'm to good or better than them when her bad relationship and not to mention BAD SPIRIT, has been going on for 5+ years now.
