Why we need to amend the Equality Act 

Today the Conservative Party has announced that they will amend the Equality Act to make clear that ‘sex’ means ‘biological sec’, not someone’s preferred gender.
This will provide important protections for women and girls, making clear that it is lawful to exclude men from female toilets, changing rooms and sports.
