I love this video. I wake up at 4:30 sometimes (recently started) and i invite the Holy Spirit in my workout and after i spend time with God and sit and read my Bible and devotional and pray. I’m going to incorporate a lot of these stacking habits so i can continually keep my mind on Christ because lately i have been feeling overwhelmed with my job (i work with kids) like everytime i enter the building i get really tired and irritable .
Thank you for this. I’ll be doing my first mindful winter arc and saw your 75 Hard video also. I’ll be incorporating all of this together. Thanks for blessing us with this inspiration.
PSA - unsolicited advice incoming 😂 Have you read “Practising the Way” by John Mark Comer? He writes about how we need to consider our personalities when building spiritual disciplines. This was really eye opening for me, because I kept “falling off” on holy habits that I saw other people doing really well with, and I’d get frustrated with myself. But if that happens now, I have for grace with myself like Kimberly said, and I assess whether this habit actually suits my personality/gives me joy. The Lord made us all beautifully individual, so what works for me, might not work for you 🤗 God bless x
@@patricia-charlotte lol thank you!!!!! I will definitely look that book up…. I never even considered that but it makes a lot of sense. I do know there’s no one way to doing things or even to have holy and healthy habits. Thank you for the GOOD ADVICE and recommendation. I will come back to this comment before the year is over with an update.
